摘要： The invention relates to a 1C system and a method for manufacturing semifinished products (prepregs) and components with the 1C system. The problem is solved by a 1C system comprised of an epoxy resin and a secondary amine; the secondary amine is imidazole, an imidazole derivative or a complex of the general formula MeL4X2, wherein Me is a bivalent metal cation selected from copper, cobalt, nickel and zinc, L is a ligand selected from imidazole and an imidazole derivative, and X is an anion selected from fluoride, chloride, bromide, iodide and nitrate. Furthermore, the invention includes a method for manufacturing impregnated semifinished products for the production of duroplastic fiber-reinforced components using a 1C system.

摘要： The invention relates to a 1C system and a method for manufacturing semifinished products (prepregs) and components with the 1C system. 摘要： The object of the present invention is a layered semi-finished product having a layer sequence containing at least one layer of an unconsolidated fabric of reinforcing fibres. At reduced pressure, this layer sequence is arranged between a top and a bottom film connected to each other along their periphery in a pressure-retaining manner. In advantageous modifications of the layered semi-finished product according to the invention, the preforming of the semi-finished, as well as the inclusion of metallic inserts or other components into said semi-finished is intended. Furthermore, a method for producing the layered semi-finished product according to the invention is described.

摘要： The subject matter of the present invention pertains to a RTM tool having a sealing system. This sealing system comprises an elastic sealing strip which is disposed in an undercut manner in one of at least two tool parts to be sealed. It is characterized in that the sealing strip is essentially stressed perpendicular to the sealing strip surface when the tool parts are closed by means of the part of the tool pressing on the sealing strip and deforming it into the sealing gap which is present, in the direction of the mould cavity. The sealing strip comes into contact with the moulding compound without forming a mechanical connection therewith.

摘要： Longitudinal members for motor vehicles may generally include a supporting element that is releasably connectable to an energy absorption mechanism. The supporting element may typically include a joining zone that can be used to secure the supporting element to one or more chassis or drive components of the motor vehicle. The supporting element and the energy absorption mechanism may be comprised of fiber-reinforced plastic. More specifically, the supporting element may be comprised of a plurality of length portions having different fiber orientations. For example, a first length portion may have fibers oriented substantially parallel to a horizontal longitudinal plane about which the supporting element is positioned, whereas a second length portion between the first length portion and the energy absorption mechanism may have intersecting fibers oriented oblique to the horizontal longitudinal plane.
