摘要： The present invention relates to a display device and, in particular, to a display device using a semiconductor light emitting diode. A display device according to the present invention comprises a substrate having a plurality of metal pads; and a plurality of semiconductor light emitting diodes electrically connected to the metal pads through self-assembly. The present invention is characterized in that: the semiconductor light emitting diodes respectively include a conductive semiconductor layer, a conductive electrode formed on one surface of the conductive semiconductor layer, and a passivation layer enclosing the semiconductor light emitting diode and provided with a through hole for exposing the conductive electrode; one end portion of the semiconductor light emitting diodes is divided into a first portion in which the conductive electrode is exposed, and a second portion in which the passivation layer is exposed; and the maximum width of the metal pad is set to a range of the width to twice the width of the second portion.

摘要： A lock and a home appliance having the same are disclosed. The lock includes a holder provided at one selected from between a cabinet and a door, a housing provided at the other selected from between the cabinet and the door, a first stopper provided at the housing, an actuation unit configured to reciprocate in the housing, the actuation unit being moved away from the introduction port by the holder when the door to the introduction port is closed, a fastening unit supported by the first stopper, the fastening unit being separated from the first stopper and coupled to the holder when the actuation unit is moved away from the introduction port, a first elastic member for providing force necessary to move the fastening unit away from the introduction port, and a second elastic member for providing force necessary to move the actuation unit toward the introduction port.

The hinge includes a rotation shaft that enables the pillar to rotate with respect to the first door and a rotation restriction unit that is configured to contact the holder and, based on the contact with the holder, move the rotation shaft in a direction parallel to an extension direction of the rotation shaft. The rotation restriction unit selectively restricts the rotation of the pillar with respect to the first door.
