摘要： A camera information coding/decoding method for synthesizing stereoscopic real video and a computer graphic image is disclosed. The method stores the camera information generated when picturing, which is not contained in the existing multimedia contents coding standard, that is, the location motion information of the camera and the camera viewpoint displacement information, together with contents as the camera motion information stream. The camera information obtained through the camera position sensor and the camera viewpoint displacement sensor when picturing image is coded and stored together with the contents, thereby easily and precisely synthesizing with the computer graphic image. In addition, since the information may be easily transformed to the descriptor of the camera motion information of MPEG-7 format, there is another advantage of easily carrying out camera motion information indexing operation among searching methods of the multimedia contents.

摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for encoding and decoding an image by skip encoding. The image-encoding method by skip encoding, which performs intra-prediction, comprises: performing a filtering operation on the signal which is reconstructed prior to an encoding object signal in an encoding object image; using the filtered reconstructed signal to generate a prediction signal for the encoding object signal; setting the generated prediction signal as a reconstruction signal for the encoding object signal; and not encoding the residual signal which can be generated on the basis of the difference between the encoding object signal and the prediction signal, thereby performing skip encoding on the encoding object signal.

The apparatus for coding the image includes an input image segmentation unit to segment an input image into a plurality of image blocks including a first image block and a second image block. The apparatus also includes a waveform information generation unit to select a plurality of reference pixels from among pixels included in the first image block, generate first waveform information about the first image block based on a pixel value difference between the selected plurality of reference pixels, and generate second waveform information about the second image block based on a pixel value difference between the pixels included in the second image block.
