    • The present invention relates to CML(Current Mode Logic)-type input driving method and tunneling diode logic using MOBILE(Monostable Nistable transition Logic Element) configuration, as kinds of very high-speed digital logic circuits. The objectives of the present invention are to improve the disadvantage of MOBILE circuit configuration that is an existing tunneling diode logic, and at the same time provide new MOBILE based logic functions. Wherein, the difficulty for input voltage adjustment is resolved by replacing the input part with a CML input driving gate, and speed problem due to transistor is resolved. Moreover, a plurality of logic functions such as inverted return-to-zero D flip-flop, non-inverted return-to-zero D flip-flop, return-to-zero OR gate, return-to-zero D flip-flop generating differential output, and optical flip-flop are implemented.

    • There ore provided an air conditioning system and a method of controlling the air conditioning system. The air conditioning system includes a controller having a selection key for selecting an operation mode or an air volume rate. An air cleaning unit includes a signal receiving portion receiving an instruction inputted using the selection key, a control portion receiving the instruction from the signal receiving portion, and a driving portion actuating a fan motor or other components according to the instruction inputted to the control portion. A ventilation unit includes a control portion receiving a signal from the control portion of the air cleaning unit, and a driving portion actuating a fan motor or other components according to an instruction from the control portion of the ventilation unit.

    • A global positioning system (GPS) receiver and method are provided for detecting a jammer signal using fast Fourier transform (FFT). A correlator correlates GPS signals received from GPS satellites with codes based on a plurality of carrier frequency signals having predetermined frequency offsets therebetween, and computes n correlated samples associated with each of the GPS satellites. A memory stores the n correlated samples associated with each of the GPS satellites and n FFT bins corresponding thereto. A FFT processor transforms the n correlated samples read from the memory using n-point FFT to obtain the n FFT bins, and transfers the n FFT bins to the memory. A peak detector detects largest peaks exceeding a lowered detection threshold from the FFT bins associated with each of the GPS satellites. A jammer detection unit makes a determination as to whether a peak relatively far away from other peaks is present among the largest peaks, and detects a signal of a peak far away from other peaks.
