The methods and systems include a bill payment provider that communicates with the various billers. The bill payment provider is configured to communicate with the user through the televisions service provider network, and the bill payment provider is configured to bill a funding source selected by the user from the one or more funding sources.

When a transaction is conducted a the user device, current fingerprint data from the user device is compared to the reference fingerprint, and the transaction is permitted based on the comparison.
