The annular plate has an inwardly downwardly curved sectional shape toward a periphery. A frame for a conical diaphragm is secured to the plate. A plurality of platforms each having a flat surface are formed on the inclined surface, and a plurality of staking projections are formed on the flat surfaces of the platforms. The frame is secured to the plate by staking the staking projections.

摘要： A speaker device which makes it possible to prevent the entry of foreign matter such as magnetic dust into a magnetic gap through the gap between a diffuser and a voice coil bobbin, to thereby improve the operational reliability and service life of the product. In a speaker device in which a diffuser that improves directional characteristics is provided on a front side of a center pole that makes up a magnetic circuit, the diffuser has a magnet portion which is provided in a ring shape making one round around its outer periphery and is magnetized in a radial direction. As foreign matter such as magnetic dust is attracted by the magnet portion of the diffuser, the entry of the foreign matter into a magnetic gap side is prevented.

摘要： A cooler unit housing is located in a passenger room near a dashboard of a motor vehicle. A piping arrangement of the cooler unit comprises a pipe joint which is positioned at and supported by an opening of the dashboard. The pipe joint has a first face facing toward the passenger room and a second face facing toward the engine room. An expansion valve unit is connected to the first face of the pipe joint. Coolant inlet and output pipes are arranged, each having one end connected to an evaporator in the cooler unit housing and the other end led to the expansion valve unit. A grommet is disposed between a peripheral portion of the opening and an outer wall portion of the pipe joint thereby to establish sealing therebetween.

摘要： A condenser is disclosed which is provided with a forced cooling system adapted to effect forced cooling of a gaseous coolant in the condenser by exchange of heat with water. This forced cooling system comprises an evaporation chamber disposed in a coolant inlet side flow path of the condenser and provided therein with fins, a vacuum tank (or a water pump) for circulating water in a closed flow path passed through the evaporation chamber, an orifice for decompressing the water being introducing into the evaporation chamber, and a control device for effecting circulation of water only when necessity arises. The water is aspirated, when necessary, by negative pressure from a water storage tank, decompressed to a prescribed saturated pressure by the use of the orifice and consequently atomized and allowed to flow into the evaporation chamber, and allowed to deprive the gaseous coolant at high temperature of a large amount of the latent heat of vaporization and consequently cool the gaseous coolant. As a result, the operating ability of condenser is notably improved.
