摘要： The present invention is an inner touch panel in which a 1st and a 2nd planer member, each having an electrode disposed on one surface thereof, oppose each other with a fixed space therebetween. The electrodes face each other across the space, and a polarizing plate is stacked on the other surface of the 1st planer member. At least one of the 1st and the 2nd planer members is a film made of a siloxane crosslinking acrylic silicone resin. Here, in the case of having a thickness in the range of 0.1 mm and 0.4 mm, the film maintains, after heat treatment at 120° C. for 1000 hours, 96% or more of the visible light transmittance at a wavelength of 400 nm before the heat treatment.

A touch panel 100 includes a first planar body 1 including, on one surface of a first substrate 11, a plurality of first electrodes 12a mutually extending in a substantially identical direction, and a second planar body 2 including, on one surface of a second substrate 21, a plurality of second electrodes 22a mutually extending in a substantially identical direction which is different from the direction in which the first electrodes 12a extend, the first planar body and the second planar body being arranged in a vertical direction, wherein each of the first electrodes 12a and each of the second electrodes 22a are bent-line-shaped electrode wires having a plurality of bend points.
