    • A system and method for receiving health data from a community of independent sources of health data related to one or more patients, the health data being selected from the set including oral data, written data and/or electronic data; formatting the health data to enable creation of a universal patient record for each of the one or more patients by tagging of the health data to enable extraction of pertinent portions of the health data for coding of health encounters with the one or more patients; and enabling controlled access to the formatted health data via a network connecting the community of independent sources of health data, the network including at least one central server including a central database storing the formatted health data and at least two on-site servers, each on-site server located at one of the independent sources of health data and each on-site server configured to hold a database replicated from the central database.

    • A weatherstrip assembly for sealing between a frame and a closure member of a vehicle is provided. The weatherstrip includes a retaining clip having a mounting portion for securing the weatherstrip to the frame and having an outwardly extending leg defining a first channel. The weatherstrip also includes a cover having a first flange protruding downward from the concealing member to extend at least partially into the first channel. The weatherstrip also includes a seal member having a body portion and at least one sealing protrusion extending outwardly from the body portion. The body portion has an upper end and a lower end. The lower end is sandwiched between the leg of the retaining clip and the first flange of the cover. The cover further includes a retaining tab extending outwardly opposite from the concealing member, with the retaining tab engaging the upper end of the body portion.

    • Determining cook-off time for a weapon is disclosed. A method determines a first barrel temperature next to a first energetic, such as a propellant charge, of ammunition within a gun barrel, and determines a second barrel temperature next to a second energetic, such as an explosive charge, of the ammunition. If the ammunition did not properly fire, the method determines a first cook-off time of the first energetic based on the first temperature next to the first energetic and the first energetic's type, and a second cook-off time of the second energetic based on the second temperature next to the second energetic and the second energetic's type. The first and second times may be determined by using one or more finite-difference heat transfer models. If either or both of the first and second times are less than a threshold, a warning-related action is performed to users of the weapon.

    • A system and method for restoring health data stored in a database includes storing the healthcare data in a database located in a central server connected to a community of independent sources of the healthcare data for a first plurality of patients; replicating at least a portion of the database in at least a two servers networked to the central server, the at least two servers networked as a function of coverage of at least one electrical power grid providing service to the central server such that the at least two servers receive service from at least one electrical power grid outside of the coverage of the at least one electrical power grid providing service to the central server; replicating the at least a portion of the database in a second central server connected to a second community of independent sources of healthcare data for one or more patients, the second central server including a second database of healthcare data for a second plurality of patients; and enabling access by a client machine to the replicated portion of the database via a unique identifier, the client machine accessing one or more patient records via the unique identifier, the patient records including healthcare data from one or more independent sources of the healthcare data.
