摘要： A method is suggested for the simultaneous personalization of several portable data carriers (2) respectively having at least one integrated circuit (6) for storing and/or processing information. According to the invention a unidirectional protocol serves for transmitting an identical personalization signal to several portable data carriers (2). These detect personalization data on this basis and store them in the integrated circuits (6). Preferably adapter elements (100; 101; 102) are used, which can accommodate at least one data carrier (50) and which are equipped with first interfaces (140; 150) for communicating with a reading device (20; 21; 22) and with second interfaces (120) for communicating with the accommodated data carrier (2). In a variant the portable data carriers (1) are transported in a transport device (600) which, at least temporarily, electrically contacts the contact area (9) of the portable data carriers (2) by means of a contacting unit (604).

摘要： The present invention is a tape measure in combination with a data transceiver, a headset, and a cell phone. The invention includes a data transceiver with a housing that can be mounted to a tape measure, where the housing features numerous selectors including at least one record button and one playback button. The present invention further involves the transceiver in communication with a first user cell phone for instructing recordation of verbal analogue data received from a head set when a record button is depressed. The cell phone also includes an application for converting verbal information into digital data using voice recognition software, communicating and storing the digital data, and communicating analogue data. The present invention alternatively allows for playback of the recorded data to the headset when a playback button is depressed. Another embodiment allows for communication between the cell phones of a first and a second user and an associated headset.

摘要： There is a process for producing coated catalysts for the gas-phase oxidation of C.sub.4 hydrocarbons to maleic anhydride. A vanadyl phosphate catalyst precursor is prepared having a V/P ratio of from 1:0.5 to 1:2 and a mean vanadium oxidation state of from 3.9 to 4.5. The vanadyl phosphate precursor is then calcined by heating for a several hours at a temperature of from 200.degree. C. to 500.degree. C. before being applied, in an aqueous suspension to the support bodies. Furthermore, there is the use of these coated catalysts in processes for the gas-phase oxidation of saturated or unsaturated C.sub.4 -hydrocarbons to maleic anhydride.
