    • A lamp device having first and second ends comprising a glass lens positioned on the first end of the lamp and a socket positioned on the second end of the lamp. The lamp is configured with a parabolic reflecting surface lining the interior side walls of a top portion of the lamp and an array of LEDs or other light emitting device positioned within that the top portion of the lamp. The array of LEDs or other light emitting device are operatively connected to the socket in order to receive power. The lamp may also be configured to facilitate movement of the glass lens closer to and further away from the array of LEDs or other light emitting device in order to shorten or lengthen the focal point of the light beam created by the array of LEDs or other light emitting device. Alternatively, the lamp may be configured to facilitate movement of the array of LEDs or other light emitting device closer to and further away from the glass lens in order to shorten or lengthen the focal point of the light beam created by the array of LEDs or other light emitting device.

    • A motorized umbrella fan whereby a motor drives the rotation of an umbrella assembly, which is comprised of an umbrella skeleton and a canopy, stretched over the skeleton. The canopy functions as a sunshade and plurality of fan blades each of triangular shape radially extending from a hub. A leading edge of each of the plurality of blades has a unshaped portion that is attached to a trailing edge of a preceding blade in a manner that creates vertical spacing between the leading edge and trailing edge of adjacent blades. This creates a slope within each fan blade and a channel between adjacent blades through which air flows. The air flow pushes stale hot air from underneath the canopy, providing a cooling breeze.

    • A lighted tool including a handle member, which has a distal end adapted to engage a blade member or other implement. A light module has a light source capable of producing a beam of light and the light module is of a size to be complementarily received within the bore of the handle member so that the light source illuminates the blade member engaged with the distal end of the handle member. The light module is preferably detachably secured within the bore of the handle member, such as by complementarily threaded surfaces, so that the light module is insertable into the bore and removable therefrom. Thus, the light module can be either used to illuminate the blade member and work piece when disposed within the bore of the handle member or used independently as a conventional flash light.

    • A lighted hand tool, such as a lighted plier tool, including first and second plier members and a light source. Each plier member having a handle portion, a jaw portion, and a pivot section being intermediate the handle portion and the jaw portion for each plier member.
