摘要： A shield case includes a first shield member and a second shield member coupled to the first shield member to form the shield case. A concave portion is capable of accommodating a sealing member for sealing inner space of the shield case by contacting the first shield member and the second shield member, and is formed on the second shield member. On each of the first shield member and the second shield member, a paint film portion is formed on an area of the shield case external to the concave portion. On the first shield member or the second shield member or combination thereof, a convex portion is formed on the area of the shield case on the inner space side and internal to the concave portion. The surfaces of the first shield member and the second shield member contact each other at the convex portion.

A high-efficiency heat-dissipating fin section having fins disposed on an heat pipe which is bent into an S shape is mounted on a high-temperature heat-generating section that generates high-temperature heat. A heat-dissipating fin section having fins disposed on a heat-receiving plate thereof is mounted on a low-temperature heat-generating section that generates heat having a lower temperature than that of the high-temperature heat generated by the high-temperature heat-generating section. This makes it possible to efficiently dissipate heat and reduce the size and weight of the communication device.

摘要： A display section of an operation panel is raised relative to a horizontal plane. If the display section consists of a liquid crystal having an angle of visibility of 80 degrees (i.e., with an angle formed between the line normal to the display surface of the display section and the visibility range limit being 40 degrees), the display section is raised at about 50 degrees relative to the horizontal plane, so that visibility can be ensured both at the wheelchair seated position and at the standing position at which the non-handicapped person stands up. Further, by arranging visual recognition keys (a menu key etc.) which require an operator to view the display section during operation thereof outside of a projection region of the display section, the operator's hand on the operation panel never hides the display section during operation.

摘要： A speed stabilization apparatus for use in a two shaft gas turbine is disclosed which includes a speed detector for detecting a rotational speed of a driving shaft of a turbine for driving a generator, a governer for controlling the amount of fuel supplied to a cumbustor, a plurality of delay circuits for providing load charging delay signals after predetermined time periods from when load charging commands are generated, and a forcible fuel supply control circuit. The governer usually controls the amount of fuel to the combustor in accordance with the detected speed signal from the detector so as to stabilize a rotational speed of the generator. When a load charging command is generated, the forcible fuel supply control circuit causes the governer controlling such that the full amount of fuel in supplied to the combustor. After the predetermined time duration from that, the corresponding charging load is connected to an output of the generator.
