摘要： Antigen proteins of Mycoplasma gallisepticum, genes encoding the antigen protein, recombinant vectors integrated with the gene and hosts transformed with the vector are provided. Diagnostics and vaccine using the antigen protein produced by such hosts are effective for poultry, especially chicken infected with Mycoplasma gallisepticum. Vaccination can maintain poultry free of Mycoplasma gallisepticum infection.

摘要： A dip-forming composition is provided, which can give a dip-formed article that exhibits good softness of touch and comfortable fittingness, an excellent tensile strength and a high flexural fatigue resistance, and which is less likely to color even when worn and subjected to working for a long time period. The above problem is solved by the dip-forming composition which is obtained by converting an organic peroxide, which is solid at 30° C. under normal pressure, to an aqueous dispersion in the presence of a surfactant and a polymeric protective colloid, adding the dispersion to a conjugated diene rubber latex, and aging the mixture. The organic peroxide is preferably dibenzoyl peroxide or dilauroyl peroxide.

A dip-formed article made therefrom, which has been crosslinked with a water-soluble polyvalent metal salt used as a coagulant for latex, has an extremely reduced number of pinholes, good softness to touch, high tensile strength and high fatigue resistance to repeated use.
