摘要： A moistureproof cellulose ester film which has satisfactory optical performances, excellent moisture permeability, and excellent dimensional stability; and a protective film for polarizers which comprises the film. This moistureproof cellulose ester film comprises: a cellulose ester film and, deposited on at least one side thereof in the following order, one or more adhesion layers each having a carbon content in terms of atom number concentration of 1-40% and comprising an inorganic compound as the main component, one or more barrier layers each having a carbon content in terms of atom number concentration of 0.1% or lower, comprising silicon oxide as the main component, and having a film density of 2.16-2.60, and one or more protective layers each having a carbon content in terms of atom number concentration of 1-40% and comprising an inorganic compound as the main component. The total thickness of these deposit layers on one side is 1-100 nm. It is characterized in that the barrier layers on one side have a thickness of 0.1-30 nm.

摘要： Disclosed is a gas barrier film which uses a polymerizable inorganic compound and has both high barrier property and high surface smoothness. Also disclosed are a resin base for organic electroluminescent devices using such a gas barrier film, an organic electroluminescent device and a method for producing a gas barrier film. The gas barrier film is characterized by comprising at least one ceramic film and a coating layer, which is formed through application of a coating liquid containing a polymerizable inorganic compound, on a resin film in this order. The gas barrier film is further characterized in that the ceramic film has a residual stress of not less than 0.01 MPa but not more than 20 MPa.

摘要： Provide is a method of preparing a highly-functional film capable of reducing surface failure and of improving the yield, and a manufacturing apparatus thereof. This is a plasma discharge treatment apparatus to plasma-discharge-treat for the surface of a substrate conveyed between a winder and an unwinder at atmospheric pressure or approximately atmospheric pressure, and is a plasma discharge treatment apparatus by which the substrate is conveyed with no contact by only nip roller separating the discharge section from outside. Provided is a method of preparing a gas barrier film exhibiting high gas barrier, together with reduction of surface failure (crack failure) during gas barrier thin layer formation. The surface on the gas barrier thin layer side of the gas barrier film has a curvature radius of at least 75 mm during conveyance, and the surface on the opposite side has a curvature radius of at least 37.5 mm.

摘要： An imaging device includes an imaging unit, a buffer unit, an image processing unit, a processing determining unit and a power control unit. The imaging unit has an imaging sensor converting a subject image into an electrical signal and generates an image data of a photographed image. The buffer unit has a terminating resistor and temporarily stores the image data. The image processing unit performs image processing on the image data. The processing determining unit determines whether or not high-speed processing requiring a high-speed data transfer is performed. The power control unit disables the terminating resistor of the buffer unit and sets a clock supplied to the buffer unit at low speed compared to a case in which the terminating resistor is enabled when the high-speed processing is not performed. As a result, it is possible to reduce power consumption in the imaging device supporting the high-speed processing.
