摘要： An infection-preventing gastrostomy catheter kit to be used in the gastrostomy, which can pass an intragastric retainer of a catheter easily and reliably through an infection-preventing sheath by an easy maneuver, and which can reduce the diameter of the infection-preventing sheath.The catheter kit comprises: a gastrostomy catheter 20 including a flexible, hollow PEG tube 21 reinforced with filaments 24, an deformable intragastric retainer 23 positioned at the trailing end of the PEG tube 21, and a tapered member 22 positioned at the leading end of the PEG tube 21 for retaining the leading end portion 40a of a guide wire 40 inserted from a leading end hole 22a thereof; and an infection-preventing sheath 1 including a flexible, hollow tubular body 2, and a socket member having a socket 4 positioned at the trailing end of the tubular body 2 for retaining the intragastric retainer 23, and pins 5, thereby removably sheathing the gastrostomy catheter 20. A first rotating portion 122 rotates from an open to a closed position, around a first hinge connecting portion 126 as the rotating center, to the surface side of an assisting tool main unit 112 to close the surface opening of a first guide groove 116a. A second rotating portion 124 rotates from an open position to a closed position, around a second hinge connecting portion 128 as the rotating center, to the surface side of an assisting tool main unit 112 to close the surface openings of second guide grooves 116b through 116d. The puncturing needles move along the guide grooves to puncture into the body in a proper state, without shifting. Locking protrusions 134, 130 maintain the closed positions of the first and second rotating portions 122, 124 respectively.

摘要： An indwelling needle is provided which has a simple structure and is capable of securely mounting a needle tip protective tool on the tip portion of an internal needle. The indwelling needle A consists of an external needle 10 including a cannula 11 and a housing 12, an internal needle 20 including a metal needle 21 and a hub 22 and a needle tip protective tool 30. The needle tip protective tool 30 is mounted on the housing 12 with the metal needle 21 inserted into an inner section so that the metal needle 21 can be removed together with the internal needle 20 from the external needle 10. A main body 31 of the needle tip protective tool 30 has a cylindrical shape. Window sections 34a, 34b are provided on opposing circumferential surfaces of the main body 31. On a rear end marginal section of window section 34a, a movable gripped section 32 is provided whose outer section 32b extends toward the outside of the main body 31 and whose end consists of a grip section 32c. The gripped section 32c and the grip section 33c are latchable with each other within main body 31.
