摘要： A stepping motor driving circuit includes a plurality of switching transistors having their emitter-collector paths connected to the corresponding ends of motor coils, a plurality of diodes having their anodes connected to the above-mentioned ends of the motor coils and their cathodes connected to a common terminal, and a braking circuit connected between the cathode of the diodes and the other end of the motor coils, in which the switching transistors are sequentially turned ON to permit excitation currents to pass through the corresponding motor coils. The braking circuit has a variable effective impedance.

摘要： A ticket issuing device includes a thermal head, a temperature detector circuit for detecting the temperature of the thermal head, and a printing control circuit for driving the thermal head to repeatedly print boarding ticket information on paper a number of times, corresponding to the number of tickets to be issued, and issuing the printed paper as tickets. In the ticket issuing device, the printing control circuit derives a temperature difference between the temperatures detected by the temperature detector circuit before and after each printing operation, and uses the result as the rate of temperature increase of the thermal head, temporarily sets the thermal head into a non-active state for a period of time corresponding to a difference between the rate of the temperature rise and a reference value set to be higher than the rate of the temperature rise which will be attained in the course of the printing operation at normal printing density, when it is detected that the rate of temperature increase has exceeded the reference value and then starts the printing operation.

摘要： A stepping motor drive circuit includes a power source terminal and a reference potential terminal, a plurality of switching transistors, respectively connected between the reference potential terminal and ends of a plurality of excitation coils, for controlling currents flowing through the excitation coils, and a constant current control circuit for setting the currents flowing through the power source terminal and the excitation coils to a constant value. The constant current control circuit includes a first pnp transistor whose emitter is connected to the power source terminal through a first resistor and whose collector is connected to the other end of each of the excitation coils, and a second pnp transistor whose emitter is connected to the power source terminal and whose collector is connected to the reference potential terminal through a second resistor and to a base of the first pnp transistor and whose base is connected to the emitter of the first pnp transistor through a third resistor and to the collector of the first pnp transistor in series through a resistor and a capacitor.
