摘要： The present invention relates to polyaspartate mixtures containing a) 5 to 70 equiv. %, based on the total equivalents of aspartate groups, of a cyclic polyaspartate corresponding to the formula wherein X1 represents the residue obtained by removing the amino groups from a cyclic polyamine having a functionality of n, R1 and R2 are identical or different and represent organic groups which are inert to isocyanate groups at a temperature of 100° C. or less, R3 and R4 are identical or different and represent hydrogen or organic groups which are inert towards isocyanate groups at a temperature of 100° C. or less and n is 2 to 4, and b) 30 to 95 equiv. %, based on the total equivalents of aspartate groups, of a polyether polyaspartate corresponding to the formula I wherein X1 represents the residue obtained by removing the amino groups from a polyether polyamine having a functionality of n and a number average molecular weight of less than 600, wherein the amino groups are attached to primary carbon atoms and the ether groups are separated by at least two carbon atoms. The present invention also relates to a process for preparing these polyaspartate mixtures and to the polyureas prepared by reacting the polyaspartate mixtures and optionally other isocyanate-reactive compounds with polyisocyanates.

摘要： Air-assisted, low pressure spray equipment having an improved spray nozzle including a caulking gun having a carriage adapted to receive cartridges having a nozzle, rams mounted on the caulking gun for engaging each cartridge to dispense a liquid from the nozzle, a trigger mechanism for advancing the rams into operative engagement with each cartridge; a static mixer having an inlet port for receiving a liquid component from the nozzle of each cartridge and having an optional spray tip for introducing the mixed liquid components into an atomizing zone; a static mixer shroud encasing the static mixer and an optional spray section having inlet ports for receiving pressurized air and outlet ports for introducing air into the atomizing zone. The spray tip passes through an orifice in the spray section such that the mixed liquid components are introduced into the atomizing zone. The equipment is useful for spraying a two-component composition.

摘要： The present invention relates to air-assisted, low pressure spray equipment having an improved spray nozzle including 1) a caulking gun having a carriage adapted to receive two or more cartridges having a nozzle, 2) a static mixer having an upstream end and a downstream end wherein a) the upstream end has an inlet port for receiving a liquid component from the nozzle of each cartridge and the upstream end is dimensioned to be reversibly connected to the cartridges of the caulking gun, and b) the downstream end has an optionally removable spray tip for introducing the mixed liquid components into an atomizing zone and the downstream end is dimensioned for reversibly connecting the static mixer to a spray section, and 3) a spray section having an upstream end and a downstream end wherein a) the upstream end of the spray section is dimensioned for being reversibly connecting to the static mixer, b) the spray section has inlet ports for receiving pressurized air and c) the downstream end of the spray section has outlet ports for introducing air into an atomizing zone formed between the outlet ports and the spray tip, wherein the spray tip of the static mixer passes through an orifice in the spray section such that the mixed liquid components are introduced into the atomizing zone. The present invention also relates to a process for spraying a one- or two-component composition with the air-assisted, low pressure spray equipment.
