    • A method of presenting digital content includes obtaining digital data representative of a succession of content items and presenting the succession of content items in a first presentation mode. In the first presentation mode, steps of making a first selection of the data representing a content item and providing the selected data to a system for rendering the data in perceptible form are carried out automatically for each content item in succession. The method further includes detecting an action by a user at the rendering system and, in response to detecting the action, causing a transition to a second presentation mode, in which second presentation mode the rendering system is caused to render a second selection, different from the first selection, of only the data representing the content item being presented when the action was detected.

    • The control device (10) for controlling a therapy light source (30, 30b) comprises an input (13) for receiving information on an intensity and/or amount of light a person has been exposed to from a wearable device (20) that can connect to the control device via the input (13). The control device (10) further comprises an output (14, 14b) for controlling at least one therapy light source (30, 30b) that can be connected to the control device (10). A control unit (12) of the control device (10) is designed to control a connected therapy light source (30, 30b) dependent on the information on the intensity and/or amount of light the person has been exposed to. A wearable device (20) that is suited to operate in combination with the control device (10) comprises a light sensor (23) for detecting an intensity of received light. It further comprises a storage unit (25) connected to the light sensor (23) for storing at least one value related to the measured intensity of the received light. The invention further relates to a lighting system that comprises at least one therapy light source (30, 30b), a control device (10) and a wearable device (20) as described above.

    • Apparatuses (1) for controlling elements (40-70) possibly shown on screens (31) or items (71) possibly represented by the elements (70) comprise detectors (11-13) for detecting features of objects (2) such as body parts in first and second dimensions and converters (14) for converting first features into actions for the elements (40-70) or the items (71). By making the actions dependent on second features, a number of possibilities is increased. First features may be movements of the objects (2) and second features may be absolute or relative positions of the objects (2). First dimensions may be parallel to the screens (31) and second dimensions may be perpendicular or parallel to the screens (31), or vice versa. Actions may comprise browsing groups (4-6) of elements (40-69) at position dependent speeds or browsing one or more groups (4-6) depending on the positions. The items (71) may be lamps, appliances, audio players, video players, whereby their parameters may be adjusted in dependence of the movements and the positions.
