    • A suturing device is disclosed which sutures a tissue using a suture unit having a suture thread with both ends fitted to a first anchor and a second anchor, respectively. The suturing device includes a hollow tip member receiving the first and second anchors; a wire having a front end inserted through the tip member so that the first and second anchors can be released out from the tip member; a flexible tube having a distal end integrally connected at a proximal end of the tip member, through which the wire is inserted so as to freely move forward and backward in the axial direction of the tube; a parallel member inserted through the tube so as to freely move forward and backward in the axial direction of the tube along with the wire; a relative position holding member fitted to the wire so as to hold constant a relative positional relationship between the wire and the parallel member; a forward movement restricting member provided on the tube or the tip member so as to restrict a forward movement of the parallel member; and an operating portion provided at a proximal end side of the wire and the parallel member so as to operate the wire and the parallel member. In a state in which the relative positional relationship between the wire and the parallel member is held constant by the relative position holding member, when the wire is moved in the forward direction until the forward movement of the parallel member is restricted by the forward movement restricting member, only the first anchor is released out from the tip member by the movement of the wire.

    • An endoscopic instrument includes: a knife; a wire having a distal end connected to the knife; a sheath allowing the wire to pass therethrough; a main body having the freely rotative sheath fixed thereto; a slider, having the wire fixed thereto, disposed slidable in an axial line direction of the main body; a stopper, provided to the wire or the knife, for projecting outward radially relative to the wire; a first-distal-regulation section and a second-distal-regulation section provided to the sheath for regulating distal sliding movement of the wire by making contact with the stopper; and a second-distal-regulation section, provided distally relative to the first-distal-regulation section, for regulating distal sliding movement of the wire by making contact with the stopper, wherein the stopper is capable of moving between the first-distal-regulation section and the second-distal-regulation section by rotating the main body relative to the sheath around an axial line by predetermined rotational angle, and at least two different projection lengths of the knife can be maintained by contacting the main body to the first-distal-regulation section or the second-distal-regulation section. Accordingly, at least two stepwise adjustment of the projection length of the incising section can be maintained easily and reliably.

    • An operation section structure of a treatment instrument for endoscopic use has: a hook knife inserted into a body cavity; a wire having a distal end connected to the hook knife; a tubular flexible sheath provided to an outer periphery of the wire; a current-carrying plug having a main unit having a distal end connected to the sheath; a sliding member made of a conductive material and having a proximal end of the wire fixed thereto, the sliding member being capable of sliding on the main unit in longitudinal direction; a operation member capable of freely rotating in circumferential direction of the operation member; and attached to the sliding member; and a conductive section provided to the operation member, the conductive section being made of a conductive material providing conductivity by making contact with the sliding member. This configuration can rotate the distal end structure easily.

    • The endoscope treatment tool 1 has a distal end member 3 which is installed in an endoscope. A connection member 4 is attached to the distal end member 3 in a freely rotatable manner. In the connection member 4, a portion which is supported by a cap 12 of the distal end member 3 is a second pivot shaft 15. A portion penetrating a supporting member 21 of a treatment portion 5 is a first pivot shaft 23. The first pivot shaft 23 is also a rotational axis of a pair of forceps members 22 provided in the treatment member 5. When the forceps members 22 are used, a coil sheath 6 is extended by an operation at the side of the proximal end. The connection member 4 rotates about the second pivot shaft 15, which is a fulcrum, and the treatment portion 5 moves forward beyond the cap 12. In accordance with the present invention, it is possible to resolve the difficulty of procedures by positioning the treatment portion in an appropriate location.
