    • A console box for storing small articles includes a box body, an outer lid pivotally mounted for opening and closing the box body and an inner lid disposed between the box body and the outer lid. The box body has a first space for storing small articles. The outer lid pivots within a first angle with respect to the box body. The outer lid is box-shaped and has a second space inside. The inner lid has a third space for storing other small articles. The inner lid is located in the second space of the outer lid when the outer lid is closed. The inner lid pivots in accordance with the movement of the outer lid to a second angle that is smaller than the first angle with respect to the box body. The box body according to the present invention may have a stopper for limiting a maximum opening angle of the outer lid.

    • A cup holder is arranged for withdrawal from and insertion into an accommodation case. The cup holder includes a frame plate, a cup inserting hole formed through the frame plate, and a cup receiving frame pivotally arranged on the frame plate for rotation, and receiving a cup at a location underneath the cup insertion hole. One of the frame plate and the cup capable of receiving frame is formed of a resin with a higher melting point and the other is formed of a lower melting point resin with a melting point lower than the higher melting point resin. The frame plate and the cup receiving frame are formed by a two-layer molding method wherein the higher melting point resin is cast by injection molding and then a lower melting point resin is cast by injection molding.

    • A storage body comprises a main body, a cover body, an interlocking member, a slider, and an urging member. The main body has an opening portion and a guide portion. The main body has a base plate which is provided with the guide portion, the interlocking member, the slider, and the urging member integrally. The slider has a pin portion connected to the interlocking member by way of a connecting mechanism composed of a rack and a pinion. The urging member has opposite ends. One of the opposite ends of the urging member is fastened to the base plate or the interlocking member, and the other one of the opposite ends of the urging member is fastened to the slider. Dampers damping the opening movement or the closing movement of the cover body can be further provided in the base plate integrally.

    • An air-conditioning register includes a cylinder-shaped retainer having opposite inner surfaces, a fin assembly including a plurality of fin members disposed in the retainer, a first connector connecting the fin members, a second connector, and a guide guiding the second connector on a predetermined track. The fin members includes paired fin members disposed in proximity to the opposite inner surfaces of the retainer, at least one of the paired fin members swinging by a swing angle smaller than that of all of the other fin members, and functioning as a dummy fin member keeping a constant angle independently within a predetermined swing-angle range where all of the other fin members swing. The second connector connects the dummy fin member and all of the other fin members while absorbing a swing-angle difference between the dummy fin member and all of the other fin members.
