    • An apparatus, system and method for implementing a video call between a first caller and a second caller are provided. The apparatus includes: an image sensor which captures an image of the first caller; a display which displays an image of the second caller; a microphone which captures an audio input by the first caller; a speaker which outputs an audio input by the second caller; a detector which is configured to determine a location of the first caller; and a controller which controls the detector to determine the location of the first caller as corresponding to an original location, wherein in response to the first caller changing a location from the original location to a new location, the controller controls the detector to determine the location of the first caller as being the new location, and controls the microphone to adjust a configuration of the microphone based on the new location of the first caller.

    • An apparatus, method, and medium displaying a stereo image compensates for errors between a left image and a right image to reduce eye fatigue experienced by a user. The apparatus includes a feature-point extractor to extract feature points of graphics objects included in a left image and a right image, of a stereo image, a representative-vector determiner to determine a representative vector among vectors between a predetermined point and the feature points, an error-correction unit to correct at least one of a vertical error and a rotation error between the left image and the right image using a difference between the representative vector determined in the left image and the representative vector determined in the right image, and a display unit to display the left image and the right image for which at least one of the vertical error and the rotation error has been corrected.

    • Provided are an apparatus and a method of correcting a moving direction of a pedestrian, which can estimate a pedestrian location accurately by correcting error components that are included in a moving direction angle, detected by a terrestrial magnetism sensor. The apparatus for correcting a pedestrian moving direction, including a signal receiving unit which estimates a pedestrian location using a satellite signal from a satellite, a sensor unit which detects a first moving direction angle using a terrestrial magnetism sensor, and a control unit which calculates a second moving direction angle using a pedestrian location estimated by using a satellite signal of good reception quality and corrects the first moving direction angle detected by the terrestrial magnetism sensor by using the calculated second moving direction angle.

    • A method and system of quantitatively evaluating subjective inconvenience, e.g., physiological fatigue and emotional fatigue, experienced by a user when the user views a three-dimensional display screen, based on objectively measurable indices. The method includes sorting words representing a degree of fatigue associated with a 3D image display among a plurality of words, grouping the sorted words through factor analysis, setting words with the highest factor weight as subjective parameters, receiving evaluation scores for the subjective parameters while varying test values of objective parameter candidates capable of representing 3D image characteristics in numerical values, obtaining a correlation between each of indices for N groups and each of the objective parameter candidates using the evaluation scores, and applying the factor weight to the indices to represent the degree of fatigue in the objective parameter candidates.
