摘要： Disclosed herein is a battery pack locking apparatus for mobile communication terminals that is capable of detachably locking a battery pack to a terminal body of a mobile communication terminal. The battery pack locking apparatus includes a mounting groove formed at a prescribed position of the rear casing frame, a push locker unit mounted in the mounting groove such that the push locker unit can be moved toward the front and the rear of the terminal body when the push locker unit is pushed, a slide locker unit coupled with the push locker unit at the lower part of the push locker unit such that the slide locker unit can be slid toward the upper and lower ends of the terminal body, as the push locker unit is moved toward the front and the rear of the terminal body, for locking the battery pack to the battery pack locking space or popping the battery pack out of the battery pack locking space when the battery pack is unlocked from the battery pack locking space, and a coil spring mounted to the slide locker unit for providing an elastic force so that the push locker unit is moved toward the front and the rear of the terminal body and the slide locker unit is slid toward the upper and lower ends of the terminal body.

摘要： A battery pack locking apparatus for a mobile telephone is disclosed, in which a locker is operable with its own mechanical structure without using a separate spring. The battery pack locking apparatus includes a locker movable in a perpendicular direction with respect to a body of the mobile telephone and mounted on a lower casing frame of the mobile telephone, and an elastic member formed on a lower surface of the locker to provide a restitution force to the locker. The elastic member is a zigzag tension rib, which is formed extending downward from the lower surface of the locker such that a free end of the tension rib should be pressingly contact the lower casing frame.

摘要： The present invention relates to a silicon optoelectronic device using silicon nanowire and a method for preparing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a silicon optoelectronic device using silicon nanowire, which is prepared by doping erbium (Er) into silicon nanowire and form a silicon dioxide sheath on the surface of the silicon nanowire by oxidation, so that the diameter of the silicon nanowire is reduced to give quantum confinement effect and photoelectric transition effect, and a method for preparing the same. When an electric current is applied, light emitted by the photoelectric transition effect of the silicon nanowire excites and decays the doped erbium to effectively emit light having a wavelength of about 1.5 μm. The silicon dioxide sheath effectively amplifies the light by the microcavity effect of the silicon nanowire.
