摘要： A compact cosmetic container in which a cosmetic material is taken out through a sifter having a mesh using a cosmetic-applying tool, such as a puff. The sifter is reliably and hermetically coupled to an inner container in which a wet power cosmetic is accommodated. When a lid is closed, a discharge-hole formed in a frame of the sifter is efficiently closed to be airtight by a hermetic packing. The cosmetic material is prevented from leaking while the cosmetic container is carried for use. The cosmetic-applying tool provided integrally on the compact cosmetic container can significantly improve the convenience of use.

The system includes a control server which re-packetizes data packets, received from a multimedia server, into a scalable bit stream by separately encoding the data packets into a base layer and one or more enhancement layers, and at least one base station which adaptively multicasts and broadcasts the scalable bit stream, received from the control server, to a plurality of terminals located in the area of a cell. The at least one base station multicasts and broadcasts the base layer across the area of the cell, and adaptively transmits the one or more enhancement layers depending on channel status or terminal performance of the plurality of terminals.

摘要： A DTV transmitting system includes a frame encoder, a randomizer, a block processor, a group formatter, a deinterleaver, and a packet formatter. The frame encoder builds an enhanced data frame and encodes the frame two times for first and second error correction, respectively. It further permutes a plurality of encoded data frames. The randomizer randomizes the permuted enhanced data, and the block processor codes the randomized data at a rate of 1/N1. The group formatter forms a group of enhanced data having one or more data regions and inserts the data coded at the rate of 1/N1 into at least one of the data regions. The deinterleaver deinterleaves the group of enhanced data, and the packet formatter formats the deinterleaved data into enhanced data packets.
