摘要： A water electrolysis system includes a water electrolysis apparatus for electrically decomposing water to generate oxygen and high-pressure hydrogen having a pressure higher than the oxygen, a gas-liquid separator connected to a hydrogen pipe which discharges the high-pressure hydrogen from the water electrolysis apparatus, for separating water contained in the high-pressure hydrogen, a high-pressure hydrogen outlet pipe for delivering the high-pressure hydrogen separated from water from the gas-liquid separator, a water drainage line for discharging the water from the gas-liquid separator, and a gas depressurizing line connected to the gas-liquid separator, for degassing the gas-liquid separator before the water is discharged from the water drainage line into the water drainage line.

The deciding unit sets a color map in which the reaching time is associated with a hue based on a first inflow time corresponding to a first designation region set to the medical image and a second inflow time corresponding to a second designation region. A generating unit generates a hue conversion image in which a hue is allocated to each region of the medical image based on the color map and the reaching time in each region of the medical image. A control unit displays the hue conversion image through a monitor.

摘要： Provided is a semiconductor device that can reduce the resistance in a horizontal direction of a substrate. A current path in a horizontal direction of a substrate is formed in a direction along a short side of the substrate (chip). For example, adopted is a layout in which an element region on an input terminal side and a current extraction region on an output terminal side are aligned along the short side of the chip. Furthermore, a first bump electrode and a second bump electrode, which are respectively connected to the input terminal and the output terminal, are arranged along the short side of the chip. Thus, the current path in the substrate in the horizontal direction in the substrate is formed to have a wide width and a short length. Accordingly, the resistance of the substrate in the horizontal direction is reduced.

摘要： An aspect of the invention provides a heat treatment method of a thermoplastic resin film comprising running a strip shaped thermoplastic resin film in a longitudinal direction and heating the thermoplastic resin film while holding the edge of the film in a width direction to conduct a heat treatment, wherein a tension of the thermoplastic resin film in the width direction is controlled to be constant. According to the aspect of the invention, since a thermoplastic resin film during a heat treatment is held with a constant tension in a width direction, the thermoplastic resin film during the heat treatment can be prevented from sagging or pulling excessively. Therefore, occurrence of variability of optical characteristics can be prevented, and thus a thermoplastic resin film excellent in optical characteristics can be produced.
