The behavior rules based on the visual representation associated with the clinical element models is acquired. The set of behavior rules is associated with the visual representation of the clinical element models to create a set of clinical form elements. One or more clinical form elements may be added to a form. Such a system and method may allow a user to dynamically create clinical forms.
