    • Provided is a magnetic component capable of omitting a process of binding both ends of a lead wire to terminals and having stable connection between the lead wire and the terminals. The magnetic component is provided with a core including a spool portion around which a lead wire is wound, and external terminals to which the both ends of the lead wire are connected. Each of the external terminals includes a protruding portion (terminal end fixing portion) which is capable of receiving movement of the lead wire in a direction opposite to a winding direction, and the external terminals and the lead wire are connected to each other.
