摘要： Embodiments described herein include a safety system including a needle guard assembly, where the needle guard assembly can be configured for attachment to a needle retaining device having a proximal end, a distal end, where a needle can be fixedly coupled to the distal end. The needle guard assembly can include a first cylinder, where the first cylinder can be attached to the distal end of the needle retaining device. The needle guard assembly can include a second cylinder, where the second cylinder can be selectively movable relative to the first cylinder from a first position, to a second position wherein the needle is fully exposed, to a third position where the needle is fully covered. The needle safety system can include a sterile barrier, where the sterile barrier can be configured to maintain the sterility of the needle until use and a flexible hinge, where the flexible hinge can be associated with the needle guard assembly and can lock the second cylinder in the third position such that the second cylinder cannot be advanced proximally in the third position.

In defining a channel a specific area of a web page is selected by the user to be monitored for change. The user may also select data to be pushed should a change be detected. A regular expression is created to match the area of interest for changes and if changes occur to push the desired content to the wireless device. Icons on the wireless device alert the user to any unread pushed content. Users may also subscribe to predefined channels, or modify predefined channels should they have the security authorization to do so.

摘要： A differential motion machine for closely simulating natural human motion is provided. A user mountable carriage is designed to slide freely, in the fore and aft directions. The carriage contains a power transfer element, such as pedals, arm levers or the like, which convert the user's motions into a means for propelling the carriage relative to a dynamic element. A dynamic element generally consists of an endless belt or the like driven by a motor or by a slight incline to a base frame which engages the power transfer element. Additionally, a force element causes a force against the carriage preferable relative to the dynamic element. This force to the carriage simulates the drag and other resistances encountered in nature.

摘要： A combination beverage container and spittoon includes a bottom portion including outer wall and a first inner wall defining a spittoon space. A beverage container portion is located radially inwardly from the spittoon space having a top portion having tab means for opening the beverage container portion. During installation, the beverage container top portion includes an outer wall which engages an inner wall of a top member with connecting means. The top member also has an outwardly extending extension hollow extension containing a top opening to receive spit, and a bottom opening which after installation aligns with and is in fluid communication with the spittoon space. Circumferentially spaced from the extension, the beverage container portion includes a lip depression to facilitate drinking from the beverage container. An optional space may be provided between the spittoon space and the beverage container for insulating the beverage. At the top an opening may be provided through which insulating material may be introduced into the insulating chamber. An optional compartment may also be provided in the assembly for housing a chewing substance such as tobacco.
