摘要： The present invention provides for a composition suitable for removing proteinaceous material comprising water, an emulsifier, a chelating agent, one or more mineral acids, and a surfactant; wherein: the emulsifier is a polyether nonionic emulsifier or an amine oxide; the chelating agent is an alkylaminophosphonic acid, a hydroxyalkylphosphonic acid, or an alkylphosphonic acid carboxylic acid; the one or more mineral acids are present in an mount such that the pH of the composition is less than about 4.5; and the surfactant is a compound of formula (I): wherein R1, R2, and R3 are independently (C1-C6)alkyl wherein any alkyl group can be substituted with one or more (C1-C6)alkoxy or hydroxy; R4 is —[R5—O]q—H or —[R6—O]q—[R7—O]r—H wherein R5 and R6 are independently (C1-C6)alkylene, wherein any alkylene group can be substituted with one or more (C1-C6)alkoxy or hydroxy; R7 is (C1-C6)alkylene wherein the alkylene group can be substituted with one or more (C1-C6)alkoxy or hydroxy; q has an average value between about 1 and about 100; r has an average value between about 1 and about 100; and X is halo, RCOO−, PO42− or SO42− wherein R is (C1-C6)alkyl.

摘要： Lubricant compositions are used on conveying systems in the beverage industry during the filling of containers with dairy products or other beverages. An antimicrobial conveyor lubricant composition according to the invention includes alkyl alkoxylated phosphate ester, antimicrobial agent comprising at least one of quaternary ammonium antimicrobial agent and protonated amine antimicrobial agent, extreme pressure additive, water, and neutralizing agent in an amount sufficient to provide a use solution having a pH in the range of about 4 to about 9. The composition can include an extreme pressure additive and/or a corrosion inhibitor. A method for using an antimicrobial lubricant composition is provided.

摘要： Lubricating solutions are used on conveying systems in the beverage industry during the filling of containers with dairy products or other beverages. Lubricating compositions of the present invention, especially those designed for use in heavy load bearing conveyors such as those in the dairy industry conveying systems for contained beverages, comprise at least the following components: a) an alkyl alkoxylated (e.g., ethoxylated or propoxylated, preferably ethoxylated) phosphate ester, b) a secondary alcohol alkoxylate, (with an optional aryl [e.g., aromatic, such as phenol] alkoxylated [e.g., ethoxylated or propoxylated] phosphate ester), c) an aromatic or linear quaternary ammonium antimicrobial agent, and d) a liquid carrier, such as water. These lubricating solutions are capable of providing good lubricity and antimicrobial activity over a prolonged time and under high stress and heavy loads.

摘要： The present invention relates to a self-foaming, self-leveling aqueous liquid composition packagable in a non-pressurized deformable dispenser of flexible barrier material adapted to contain, maintain and dispense a proportioned amount of the cleansing composition under positive pressure. The composition comprises: a major amount of water; a surfactant; and a dual purpose pressure agent comprising at least one aliphatic hydrocarbon fluid in amounts sufficient to provide the liquid composition, which when contained in a dispenser exerts a positive vapor pressure at least at about 1.6.degree. C. The composition is dispensed as a liquid under normal operating conditions, which liquid foams instantaneously and spontaneously on spreading.
