摘要： The present invention provides novel compounds that inhibit cell proliferation and cell division and that inhibit the activation of Hypoxia Inducible Factor (HIF)-mediated transcription and signaling under hypoxic conditions. In one aspect, the compounds of the present invention are useful for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment or prevention of a disease or disorder selected from the group consisting of an inflammatory disease, a hyperproliferative disease or disorder, a hypoxia-related pathology and a disease characterized by excessive vascularisation. Also provided is a pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of the invention and a second therapeutic agent or radiation useful for the treatment or prevention of the mentioned diseases or disorders. In a first aspect the present invention relates to a compound having a structure according to formula (I).

摘要： An automatic animal feeder, comprises a barrel, spinner plate, and control unit. Barrel is free standing large container for storing the feed. The bottom of the barrel forms a funnel for conducting the food into a spinner plate. A spinner plate is disposed directly below the funnel of the barrel. An elongated shaft extends vertically upward through the spinner plate and into the funnel of the barrel. A control unit containing an operationally timer is positioned below the spinner plate. The timer is set to come on at predetermined intervals throughout the day. When the timer in the control unit comes on, the shaft rotates within the funnel thereby facilitating the conduction of the feed into the spinner plate.

摘要： A child or infant stroller is provided which is convertible from an operative stroller position to a folded position adapted to be received by and secured on a conventional bicycle infant carrier. The stroller generally comprises a child or infant seat and a frame member supporting the infant seat. The frame member includes two pair of legs, one of which, preferably a front pair, is adapted to rotate and releasably engage with an upper portion of the frame member. The stroller can then be placed on the bicycle infant carrier and be secured by a belt included with the conventional bicycle infant carrier. A removable attachment may also be included which attaches the two pairs of legs together when the stroller is in its operative stroller position.

摘要： A pliers-like device is primarily designed to cut and remove clamps from flexible hoses, such as radiator hoses, for example. A tooth is formed at the end of each jaw of the pliers to reach under the hose clamp and start the cutting process. The opposed pliers jaws have interleaving blades, at least one of which has a knife edge. A pair of opposed cavities are formed on opposite jaws to hold the tab ends of a wire spring hose clamp while it is being expanded. The gripping jaws of a conventional pair of pliers are also provided.
