摘要： The invention relates to a method for preventing the crystallization of a pharmaceutical in a polymer film, wherein the solvent-containing coating compound, which comprises a matrix-forming polymer or polymer mixture and at least one pharmaceutical and is spread to produce the polymer film, is temporarily dried at temperatures that is at least 10° C. above the melting temperature of the pharmaceutical contained in the coating compound. The maximum temperature is thus higher than that which is required for mere drying and obviates the need for an additional, time-consuming and expensive work step.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method of producing a electrical contact element, in which a multilayer structure is formed by applying a diffusion barrier layer to a base material and at least one metallic layer made of a metal to the diffusion barrier layer, at least one layer formed of tin being applied as the metallic layer. The present invention further relates to an electrical contact element with an electrically conductive base material and a coating which is formed on at least one portion of the electrically conductive base material, the coating having a diffusion barrier layer formed on the base material and the outer layer containing tin. To prevent whisker formation when using the electrical connector element, the present invention proposes, as a solution to the method-related problem, to subject the multilayer structure to a heat treatment such that at least one element of the layer located under the outer layer of the multilayer structure diffuses into said outer layer and the heat-treated outer layer comprises tin. To solve the device-related problem of the invention, it is proposed that the outer layer of the coating be a layer thoroughly alloyed by the diffusion of tin and at least one further metallic element.

摘要： The invention provides a pouch having a frangible seal comprised of two strips of thermoplastic material that are disposed in the interior of the pouch, and sealed to each other in a face-to face orientation. A first strip of thermoplastic material is sealed to an interior surface of one side of the pouch, and the second strip of thermoplastic material is sealed to an interior surface of the opposite side of the pouch. The strips of thermoplastic material are adapted to form stronger bonds with the front and rear sheets than they are with each other. As a result, the strength of the seal between the two strips of material may be controlled to produce a frangible seal that can be broken with minimal effort and without having to sacrifice the desired heat sealing properties of the film forming the pouch.

A substrate, such as polymeric film, metal, or paper-board, may be bonded to either multilayer film to form a laminate. Methods of triggering a multilayer film are also disclosed, in which the film is subjected to a dosage of actinic radiation effective to trigger the oxygen scavenger in the film.
