The solar cell module includes photoelectric conversion layers on the transparent electrode layer and including at least a first photoelectric conversion layer, a second photoelectric conversion layer and a third photoelectric conversion layer, the photoelectric conversion layers further including at least one of a first intermediate layer between the first and second photoelectric conversion layers, cut by first cutting grooves, and a second intermediate layer between the second and third photoelectric conversion layers, cut by second cutting grooves, the first intermediate layer and the second intermediate layer are respectively formed of a transparent conductive oxide (TCO). Thereby, internal shorts are prevented and and fill factor reduction due to shunt resistance generated during a scribing process is reduced or prevented.
