摘要： A space-time multiuser detector simultaneously reduces multiple access interference (MAI) and multipath channel distortion (MCD) that are disadvantages of mobile communication systems. The space-time multiuser detector includes a plurality of receiving antennas; a channel estimator which estimates signals received via the receiving antennas; a space-time diversity decoder which performs space-time decoding with respect to the signals provided from the channel estimator and performs diversity combination; a signal aligner which aligns the signals provided from the space-time diversity decoder; and a successive interference cancellation detector which generates an interference signal from the signals that are provided from the signal aligner one by one in sequence, and removes the interference signal from the received original signals.

The band-pass filter filters only a signal of a predetermined frequency band from a signal applied through an input terminal, and outputs a filtered signal to an output terminal. The band-pass filter includes at least one pair of transmission lines, respectively formed between the input terminal and the output terminal provided on an uppermost layer, for generating an inductor component, a capacitance compensation unit, with the interdigital capacitor having a plurality of layers, for loading a specified capacitance to one end of the transmission line, and a ground layer coupled to a specified layer of the capacitance compensation unit and the other end of the transmission line and formed on a lowermost layer.

摘要： A subharmonic mixer, including an amplification unit for amplifying an input signal using at least one pair of amplification devices connected in parallel and a mixing unit for mixing the amplified signal with local oscillation signals from local oscillators is provided. The mixing unit performs switching over the amplification devices and at least four pairs of switching devices connected in parallel with each other, two pairs of switching devices being connected in parallel with each other and performing switching over one amplification device. The switching devices are supplied with local oscillation signals having different phases respectively, and two switching devices forming a pair are connected in parallel with each other and supplied with local oscillation signals having a 180° phase difference therebetween. Accordingly, the switching stage is formed with one stage, the operation is enabled with low-voltage power supplies, and noise performance, linearity, and gain are enhanced.
