    • Provided are a polymer layer using a conductive polymer solution composition and a film or sheet structure using the polymer layer. On a film or sheet substrate, an organic polymer layer of polyurethane, acryl, polyester or melamine with superior flexibility and durability is formed, and then a polythiophene-based conductive polymer layer including an aqueous solution of a polythiophene-based conductive polymer, an alcohol organic solvent, an amide organic solvent or an aprotic highly dipolar solvent and a binder selected from melamine resin, polyester, polyurethane, polyacryl resin and alkoxysilane is formed thereon. The resulting layer has high conductivity and high transparency as well as strong moisture resistance and durability. Since surface transparency and conductivity are sustained even under hot and humid environment, it is usefully applicable as upper and lower electrode film of a touch panel, electrode film of an inorganic electroluminescent (EL) device of a mobile phone, transparent electrode film of a display device or electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding layer of a TV or a PC monitor

    • A display device includes a display panel for displaying an image. The display device further includes a lens configured to refract at least a portion of a collimated light having a center ray, a first outermost ray, a second outermost ray, a first plurality of rays between the first outermost ray and the center ray, and a second plurality of rays between the second outermost ray and the center ray. The lens may concentrate the first plurality of rays such that a first position on the display panel has a first light intensity. The lens may concentrate the second plurality of rays such that a second position on the display panel has a second light intensity. Each of the first light intensity and the second light intensity is substantially greater than a center light intensity on the display panel corresponding to at least the center ray.

    • There is provided a driving circuit of a light emitting device. The driving circuit of a light emitting may include: a DC/DC converter converting an input DC voltage into an output DC voltage; a light emitting device block including a plurality of LED groups connected to an output terminal of the DC/DC converter; a current source circuit unit including a plurality of current sources; a voltage detection unit detecting the output DC voltage of the DC/DC converter; a minimum voltage detection unit detecting a minimum voltage among a plurality of voltages between the plurality of LED groups and the plurality of current sources, respectively; and a single comparator including a first non-inverting input terminal receiving the voltage detected by the voltage detection unit, a second non-inverting input terminal receiving the minimum voltage detected by the minimum voltage detection unit, and an inverting input terminal receiving a predetermined reference voltage.
