摘要： The examples described herein provide methods and equipment for an anti-oxidation spraying on a steel billet. In some examples, when the billet at the temperature of 400° C.-1000° C. enters the predetermined spraying region, a plurality of anti-oxidation spraying devices are used to perform an anti-oxidation spray on the billet in two or more directions, thereby forming directly an anti-oxidation coating on the steel billet at 400° C.-1000° C. By using the example method and equipment described herein, on-line spraying of anti-oxidation coating on the steel billet can be performed under high-temperature condition, thereby reducing an oxidation burning loss rate of the steel billet.

摘要： In certain examples, this invention provides an inorganic composite binder with high-temperature resistance comprising 5-12% of aluminium hydroxide, 15-35% of phosphoric acid, 0.1-1% of rare earth oxide, 5-20% of silica sol, 1-15% of polyaluminium phosphate, 1-5% of borax, based on the total weight of said binder, and the rest being water, and a method for producing the same. The binder of the example can be used in temporary protective coating layer such as the high temperature coating and the high temperature antioxidation coating layer during the heat treatment of the metal workpiece, can make it possible to form an antioxidation coating layer immediately upon directly spraying the coating onto the substrate surface of the metal at high temperature of 400-1000° C., and can continuously keep its good bonding property under the high temperature environment in the heating furnace, thereby it is helpful to reduce the oxidation loss of the metal material in the heat treatment, and improve the surface quality of the metal material; also, the binder of the invention is usable in patching material for high temperature kiln or refractory material to enhance the material strength and lengthen its service life.

摘要： Pliers with adjustable jaw span have a first member (1) and a second member (2) which cooperate with each other. A long slot (13) is formed in the first member (1). The second member (2) is connected with the first member (1) by means of a pivot (3) passing through the long slot (13), and rotatable around the pivot (3) relative to the first member (1), while adjusting the span of the jaws by varying the position of the pivot (3) within the long slot (13). The edge of the long slot (13) is provided with ratchet teeth (14). The pivot (3) is engaged with the ratchet teeth (14) by a pawl (31), thus the pivot is movable within the long slot (13) in a first direction and immovable in a second direction which is opposite to the first direction. The pliers are convenient to operate because when the position of the pivot (3) is moved within the long slot (13), the user's operation is required only for the movement in one direction.

Prior utility knives may lose constraint on the blade due to tilting of the retaining member when the blade receives external force from the blade holder pulling outward, causing the blade to detach accidentally from the blade holder. In the present invention, the line of the action force in the engagement area of blade and retaining member extends over the axis of axle pin where the retaining member is mounted, so that when the blade receives external force pulling it outward from the blade holder, a counterclockwise torque is formed to the retaining member to allow the retaining member constrain the blade more tightly and thus prevent the blade from accidental detachment.
