    • The present seed spacing and planting device consists of a planar member with a plurality of sidewalls having beveled edges extending vertically therefrom, with an integral or removable grid. A plurality of evenly spaced pegs or apertures are disposed along the face of the base, aligned with said sidewalls. The present device is pressed into the ground, edges downwards, to create a plurality of depressions for planting either seeds or seedlings therein. For embodiments having pegs, the pegs automatically create the depressions because they are pressed into the soil along with the beveled edges. For embodiments having apertures, a dibble is additionally provided which is pushed through said apertures for creating the planting depressions.

    • A trailer hitch guide for restraining a trailer hitch may include an upper member to restrain the movement of the trailer hitch and a lower member to connect to the upper member and to connect to a vehicle. The upper member may be rotatably connected to the lower member. The upper member may be substantially U-shaped. The lower member may be substantially U-shaped. The upper member may include a upper side section. The upper side section may include a upper arm section. The lower member may include a lower side section. The lower side section may include a lower arm section. The upper arm section may be connected to a upper connecting plate. The lower arm section may be connected to a lower arm connecting plate which may cooperate with the upper connecting plate to restrain the upper member from rotating with respect to the lower member. The upper connecting plate may be connected to the lower connecting plate with a fastening device.

    • A client station receives input data from a user relating to a particular crisis incident. The client station includes user interface software elements adapted to guide a user through the process of creating, maintaining and distributing relevant crisis response information for the incident specified. The interface includes displayed menus of selectable, hierarchically organized options and sub-options which guide the user through the relevant processes. The user is given a choice of expert pre-specified crisis plan templates with which to produce and print a finished response plan for the specified incident. The user input data is forwarded to a server, and integrated with the specified template in a master data store into comprehensive, coherent crisis response stored at a user data store. The completed, integrated crisis response data at the user data store is adapted to generate useful reports relating to the crisis incident selected by the user.
