摘要： For a dispenser (1) comprising the components of a reservoir (5) having a plurality of compartments (6), and a positioning disc (16) having a plurality of exit orifices (15), a solution shall be provided which allows realizing such a dispenser in a smaller sized configuration and which allows to dispense capsules or pills stored therein in a unit dose manner. This is achieved by additionally providing the component of a guiding member (56, 56a) being rotatably arranged in between the reservoir (5) and the positioning disc (16) and respectively connecting one compartment (6) with one dedicated exit orifice (15) in dispensing communication by accomplishing a rotary/rotational step.

摘要： A tablet dispenser for dispensing randomly stored tablets from a bottle is disclosed. The dispenser includes offset inlet and outlet paths, a helical dispensing screw, and a rotation drive. The inlet path can be positioned for receiving a tablet to be dispensed from a bottle or other supply of tablets. The outlet path can be positioned for dispensing a tablet. The helical dispensing screw can be configured to rotate, driven by the rotation drive, to transport a tablet from the inlet path to the outlet path. The rotation drive can be operable by pushing the structure defining the inlet path and the outlet portion toward each other. The dispenser can be equipped with a dispensing sensor and memory that records data regarding each pill dispensed, such as the time of dispensing and the number of pills remaining, and optionally transmits the data to a device on or off the patient's premises.

摘要： The invention relates to a dispenser, especially for dispensing solid preparations, comprising a housing having a dispensing orifice, and a collar member having a receiving opening, and a passage member, having a receiving chamber, which should be improved in respect to proper dispensing a single unit dose of a substance when required. This object is reached by a dispenser (1, 201, 301, 401, 501, 601) wherein the housing (3, 203, 303, 403, 503, 603), and the passage member (5, 205, 305, 405, 505, 605) are, preferably jointly, movable relative in respect to the collar member (9, 209, 309, 409, 509, 609) between a first position with the receiving chamber (2, 202, 302, 402, 502, 602) being in receiving communication with the receiving opening (4, 204, 304, 404, 504, 604) of the collar member (9, 209, 309, 409, 509, 609) and a second position with the receiving chamber (2, 202, 302, 402, 502, 602) being in dispensing communication with the dispensing orifice (6, 206, 206, 406, 506, 606) of the housing (3, 203, 303, 403, 503, 603).
