摘要： A free-standing wall includes concrete base blocks adjacent to each other forming a base course; a first set of concrete wall blocks stacked on the base course and on each other to form a first wall face; and a second set of concrete wall blocks stacked on the base course and on each other to form a second wall face that faces the opposite direction from the first wall face and that has the same number of courses as the first plurality of wall blocks. Methods of constructing the wall arrangement include laying the base blocks next to each other end to end; stacking individual blocks of a first set of blocks on the base course and then on each other to form a first wall face; stacking individual blocks of the second set of blocks on the base course and then on each other to form a second wall face that faces a direction opposite of the first wall face.

摘要： A set of dry cast blocks includes at least a first dry cast block and a second dry cast block. The first dry cast block has a first exposure face, an opposite second face, opposite top and bottom faces, and opposite first and second side faces. The first exposure face has a non-planar first topographical definition and a first edge along the side face and a second edge along the second side face. The first edge has a first irregular profile shape extending in dimension from a straight line. The second dry cast block has a first exposure face with a non-planar second topographical definition and a first edge and a second edge. The second topographical definition is different from the first topographical definition. The second edge of the second dry cast block has the first irregular profile shape extending in dimension from a straight line. The set of dry cast blocks can be arranged into an arrangement in which the blocks are oriented adjacent and against each other and result in a seamless appearance. Method of assembling a dry cast block arrangement include providing first and second dry cast blocks, orienting the first side of the first dry cast block against the second side of the second dry cast block and then aligning the first irregular profile shape of the first dry cast block with the first irregular profile shape of the second dry cast block to create a seamless appearance.
