摘要： The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a porous metal electrode for a molten carbonate fuel cell using a dry process. According to the method of manufacturing a porous metal electrode of the present invention, in the press process for controlling the thickness of dry-cast metal powder and rearranging the dry-cast metal powder, the microstructure of the porous metal electrode can be controlled, and the uniformity of the thickness of the porous metal electrode can also be controlled. Therefore, the method of manufacturing a porous metal electrode according to the present invention can be used to manufacture both an anode and a cathode.

摘要： The present invention relates to an electrolyte-impregnated, reinforced matrix for molten carbonate fuel cells and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the invention, the electrolyte-impregnated matrix, which comprises both the electrolyte and the reinforcing particles including a metal and an oxide, is manufactured by adding the electrolyte, as required per unit cell of a fuel cell, and the reinforcing particles including the metal and the oxide, to a slurry during the matrix preparation step, and subjecting the resulting slurry to a tape casting process. By doing so, the matrix stacking operation is facilitated, and the matrix manufacturing process is simplified. In addition, cracking caused by the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between an electrolyte sheet and the matrix can be suppressed, and thermal shock occurring during operation of the fuel cell stack can be reduced, thus improving the performance and lifetime of the fuel cell.

摘要： Disclosed herein is an internal reforming molten carbonate fuel cell power generation system including a reformer mounted in a stack for converting a hydrocarbon-based substance, such as natural gas, into hydrogen. The fuel cell power generation system includes a stack for generating power by a fuel cell reaction, a mixer for mixing fuel to be supplied to the stack, a pre-former disposed between the mixer and the stack for reforming a portion of fuel to be supplied to the stack from the mixer, and a burner for burning exhaust gas exhausted from a fuel electrode of the stack to supply heat and carbon dioxide required for the air electrode of the stack. An exhaust gas recycling line diverges from an exhaust gas line between the stack and the burner. The exhaust gas recycling line is connected to a fuel supply line between the mixer and the stack, whereby a portion of exhaust gas, exhausted from the fuel electrode of the stack after the reaction is completed, is mixed with the fuel flowing along the fuel supply line between the mixer and the stack, and then the mixture is reintroduced into the fuel electrode of the stack.

摘要： The steam generator for a fuel cell with dual use for heating fuel electrode gas according to the invention is configured as a single unit comprising a steam generator (100) that heats introduced water to generate steam, a steam superheater (200) that is connected to the steam generator (100) and used to supply superheat to the steam in order to elevate the temperature of the steam, and a fuel electrode gas heater (300) that is used to supply heat to the fuel electrode gas in order to elevate the temperature of the fuel electrode gas. The steam generator (100), steam superheater (200) and fuel electrode gas heater (300) are connected with an air electrode exhaust gas flow path through which the air electrode exhaust gas passes, to receive heat supply through heat exchange.

摘要： A molten carbonate fuel cell, which is provided with an indirect internal steam reformer to efficiently control heat and simplify the system construction and has a simple structure to reduce production cost and efficiently controls heat to reduce operational cost and increase operational efficiency, is disclosed. The molten carbonate fuel cell of the present invention has a plurality of unit cells each including a porous matrix plate which is interposed between an anode plate and a cathode plate and is filled with an alkali carbonate electrolyte, the unit cells being stacked on top of another; at least one indirect internal steam reformer interposed between the stacked unit cells and reforming a fuel to hydrogen through a reforming reaction and supplying the hydrogen to the unit cells; a fuel manifold air-tightly installed at an inlet of both the indirect internal steam reformer and the unit cells and receiving a fuel supply pipe therein to supply the fuel to the indirect internal steam reformer; and a reformed fuel manifold air-tightly installed at an outlet of both the indirect internal steam reformer and the unit cells and supplying the hydrogen produced by the indirect internal steam reformer to the unit cells.
