摘要： A system and method for establishing communications between first and second parties. In one embodiment, a request initiated by a first party is generated for establishing a communications channel over a first communications network between the first and second parties. An intermediary server device interrupts receipt of the request and attempts to generate the channel. If unsuccessful in the attempt, the server device translates the request into a data network object, which is passed to the second party via a second communications network. The network object enables a second party to communicate acceptance for establishing communication with the first party over the first communications network. The second party invokes the network object upon receipt thereof or at a future time for initiating creation of a communications channel between the first and second parties. Alternately, the first party may establish the network object in the form of a coupon for communication directly to a second party without a first prior attempt to create the channel.

The method includes printing the web using the first plate cylinder and first blanket cylinder so as to form at least one printed section of the web; sensing the print-to-cut register of the at least one printed section; and controlling the print-to-cut register of the first plate cylinder during printing via the first drive as a function of the sensing. The controlling includes pulling the first plate cylinder off impression and phasing the first plate cylinder with respect to the cross cutter using the independent drive. A method for controlling circumferential register and a printing press is also disclosed.

摘要： The present invention relates to mutant DNA polymerases that exhibit reduced discrimination against labeled nucleotides into polynucleotides. The DNA polymerases of the invention have at least one mutation in the nucleotide label interaction region of the enzyme such the mutation results in reduced discrimination against labeled nucleotides. The nucleotide label interaction regions is located at portions of the O-helix, (ii) the K helix, and (iii) the inter O—P helical loop of Taq DNA polymerase or analogous positions in other DNA polymerases. In addition to providing novel mutant DNA polymerases, the invention also provides polynucleotides encoding the subject mutant DNA polymerases. The polynucleotides provided may comprise expression vectors for the recombinant production of the mutant polymerases. The invention also provide host cells containing the subject polynucleotides. The invention also includes numerous methods of using the subject DNA polymerases, including uses for chain termination sequencing and PCR. Another aspect of the invention is to provide kits for synthesizing fluorescently labeled polynucleotides in accordance with the methods of the invention. Kits of the invention comprise a mutant DNA polymerase of the invention and a fluorescently labeled nucleotide that exhibits reduced discrimination with respect to the mutant DNA polymerase in the kit.

A preferred implementation includes a first mounting assembly that enables rotation of deposit elements around a first axis perpendicular to the substrate surface using one or more bearing surfaces concentric with the first axis.
