    • There are provided a transparent panel and a method of manufacturing the same. The transparent panel includes: a transparent substrate; a conductive polymer layer formed over the entirety of a surface of the transparent substrate; and a refractive index matching layer formed in at least some regions of the conductive polymer layer, wherein the at least some regions in which the refractive index matching layer is formed correspond to regions in which electrical conductivity is inactivated in the conductive polymer layer. According to the present invention, the conductive polymer layer is formed on at least one surface of the transparent substrate and the electrical conductivity is inactivated in at least some regions of the conductive polymer layer to form sensing electrodes having a predetermined pattern, and the refractive index matching layer is formed in the at least some regions in which the electrical conductivity is inactivated.

    • Disclosed herein are a touch screen and a method of manufacturing the same. The touch screen includes a transparent substrate, a transparent electrode formed on the transparent substrate and adopted for sensing a change in capacitance when a touch input is performed, an adhesive layer formed on the transparent substrate in which the transparent electrode is formed, a window plate bonded with the transparent substrate by the adhesive layer, and a circular polarization-coating layer coated on the window plate and adopted for transmitting light in one direction, whereby a circular polarization coating layer may block reflected light from an inside of the touch screen, thereby improving visibility of the touch screen.

    • Disclosed herein is a touch screen. The touch screen includes: two sheets of transparent substrates formed to be opposite to each other; transparent electrodes formed on each of the two sheets of transparent substrates and contacting each other when a touch input is applied to sense the change in resistance or voltage; an adhesive layer bonding between the outsides of the two sheets of transparent substrates and having the opening portion formed therein; and a dot spacer formed on the transparent electrode in the opening portion, wherein the transparent electrode formed with the dot spacer includes a radical scavenger. As a result, the present invention provides the touch screen preventing the damage of the transparent electrode due to the ultraviolet rays by using the radical scavenger included in the transparent electrode.
