摘要： The present invention relates to a method for allocating communication resources in a multi-user cellular communication system, wherein communication resources are divided in time periods and frequency sub-bands, wherein part of the communication resources are used for frequency-localized communication channels, and part of the communication resources are used for frequency distributed channels. The method further comprises the steps of classifying part of the frequency sub-bands as frequency sub-bands carrying frequency-distributed channels, classifying the remaining part of the frequency sub-bands as frequency sub-bands carrying frequency-localized channels. 摘要： A method and equipment for providing frequency synchronization in a telecommunications system, wherein time stamps providing timing information are transferred over a packet-switched network from a transmitter network element to a receiver network element having a receiver oscillator. The expected times for reception of time stamps are estimated (i), deviations from the estimated expected time for the time stamps are calculated (ii) and at least one time stamp deviating most from the estimated expected time is removed (iii). The steps (i)-(iii) are repeated until a pre-determined number of time stamps is removed. Frequency of the receiver oscillator is then estimated using the remaining time stamps and the frequency generation of the receiver oscillator is adjusted based on the estimated frequency.

摘要： There is disclosed a method for estimating a frequency offset between a mobile communication terminal and a network node. The method is based on processing, by means of a matched filter, a preamble sequence for random access received on a physical random access channel, PRACH. Thus the method is preferably applied in the Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access (E-UTRA) network. In the matched filtered preamble sequence two peaks are determined and the frequency offset is based on a ratio of the two peaks. A corresponding network node, computer program and computer program product are also presented. The network node is preferably performed in a network node of the type eNodeB, E-UTRAN NodeB, also known as Evolved NodeB.

摘要： A method can be used for facilitating uplink synchronization between a first transceiver and a second transceiver within a cell in a multi-user cellular communication system. The first transceiver receives a signal for the uplink synchronization from the second transceiver. The signal includes a first signature sequence generated, at least in part, from a sequence with a zero-correlation zone. The first transceiver then performs a correlation of the signal for detection of the first signature sequence.
