    • For providing a coating material cartridge capable of reliably discharging air and coating material stagnated in a hydraulic fluid chamber, a coating material cartridge has a cartridge main body, a partition body, a coating material transfer path and a plurality of hydraulic fluid transfer paths. The cartridge main body is detachably attached to a coating material filling device.     • A paint filling apparatus has a plurality of header portions, and one common manifold portion that is capable of supplying a cleaning liquid to each header portion. One side of each header portion is attachable to and detachable from a paint cartridge, and another side of each header portion is attachable to and detachable from the common manifold portion. Each header portion has a paint supply channel for filling a paint into the paint cartridge. The paint supply channel of each header portion is constructed of a piping member and a paint channel. An end portion of each header portion is linkable in communication with the inside of the paint cartridge, and another end portion thereof is linked in communication with a corresponding one of paint tanks that are provided separately for each of the paint colors. An intermediate portion of each paint supply channel is provided with a paint valve that controls the open-closed state of the upstream side of the paint supply channel.

    • It is a subject to provide a coating material leakage detection device capable of finding contamination of a hydraulic fluid at an early stage and capable of preventing the degradation of a coating quality of a work. For this purpose, coating material leakage from a coating material chamber to a hydraulic fluid chamber in a coating material cartridge is detected by a coating material leakage detection device. The coating material cartridge is attached detachably to a coating material filling device, and the coating material chamber and the hydraulic fluid chamber are partitioned from each other by way of a deformable partition body. Further, the coating material leakage detection device has a contaminant detection means for detecting the contaminant in the hydraulic fluid attributable to the coating material leakage. Accordingly, contamination of the hydraulic fluid can be found at an early stage.
