摘要： A planetary gear has a lower hole which communicates with a radial groove formed in a carrier plate formed at a position near the end portion of an outer peripheral surface of a pinion shaft on a radially inner side thereof. In the inside of the pinion shaft, an internal lubricating oil path is formed which makes an inner wall of the lower hole communicate with an axial center portion of the outer peripheral surface of the pinion shaft on a radially outer side thereof. The lower hole is perforated in an oblique direction with respect to the axis line of the pinion shaft so that a bottom portion of the lower hole is positioned nearer to the end portion than an aperture portion of pinion shaft. The internal lubricating oil path is constituted by a slant oil path, which opens at the inner wall of the lower hole and extends in an oblique direction, and a radial oil path, which opens at the axial center portion of the outer peripheral surface of the pinion shaft on the radially outer side thereof and extends radially to communicate with an end portion of the slant oil path. The axis line of the lower hole is perpendicular to the axis line of the slant oil path.

摘要： A medium processing apparatus for processing a medium ejected from an image forming apparatus includes a conveyor, a slit, a medium processing device, a stopper, and detectors. The conveyor conveys the medium ejected from the image forming apparatus. The slit communicates with an opening of a housing into which a medium is manually inserted from outside and includes a placement face on which the inserted medium is placed. The placement face has a first side and a second side orthogonal to the first side. The first and second sides are not parallel to a direction in which a side face of the housing extends. The medium processing device processes the medium conveyed by the conveyor or the medium placed on the slit. The stopper regulates edges of the medium along the first and second sides of the placement face. The detectors are disposed on the stopper to detect the medium.

摘要： A sheet processing apparatus includes: a second conveying roller pair that receives and conveys a sheet conveyed by a first conveying roller pair; a first folding roller pair that forms a first fold on the sheet; and a first rotation unit capable of rotating the second conveying roller pair and the first folding roller pair. One roller of the second conveying roller pair and one roller of the first folding roller pair are a common roller shared therebetween. The second conveying roller pair causes the sheet to be deflected and guided to the first folding roller pair, and the first folding roller pair forms the first fold on the deflected sheet by rotating the first rotation unit in a certain direction in a state in which the sheet is held by the first conveying roller pair and the second conveying roller pair.

摘要： A toner container and system for mounting and/or securing the toner container includes a toner container having a toner dispensing hole, a shutter, a protrusion. The shutter is movable relative to the toner dispensing hole, and is to selectively close the toner dispensing hole. The protrusion is connected to the shutter and movement of the protrusion causes the shutter to move relative to the toner dispensing hole to cover the toner dispensing hole. There is a receiver including a movable catch, the movable catch being in a first position when the toner container is initially inserted into the receiver, and the movable catch moving to a second position upon insertion of the toner container into the receiver. The movable catch interacts with the protrusion of the toner container when the toner container is being removed from the receiver such that the movable catch in the second position restricts movement of the protrusion of the toner container which closes the shutter as the toner container is withdrawn from the receiver.

摘要： A sheet folding apparatus includes: a folded part forming unit that forms a folded part on the sheet by nipping a curved portion formed on a part of the sheet between an upstream first sheet conveying unit and a downstream second sheet conveying unit by holding a part of the sheet by the first sheet conveying unit and applying conveying force to the sheet to reverse the sheet upstream by the second sheet conveying unit; and a sheet leading end detection unit disposed downstream of or at almost same position as the second sheet conveying unit. The sheet is conveyed based on a detection timing of the sheet leading end detection unit such that the leading end of the sheet protrudes by a predetermined protrusion amount from the second sheet conveying unit immediately before applying conveying force to the sheet to reverse the sheet.
