摘要： A drum washing machine and method of controlling the drum washing machine, which sufficiently dissolves a detergent by reciprocating water and the detergent contained in a lower portion of a water tub between the water tub and a detergent dissolution pipe, thus improving solubility of the detergent. Accordingly, a washing time may be decreased and laundry may be washed more cleanly. The drum washing machine and the method of controlling the drum washing machine of the present invention sufficiently dissolves the detergent in water and then efficiently sprays a detergent solution, in which the detergent dissolves in water, on an upper part of laundry, thus increasing utilization of the detergent. Therefore, a washing time is decreased and washing performance is improved.

摘要： A transcoder for use between speech codecs using different Code-Excited Linear Prediction (CELP) type and a method therefor are disclosed. The transcoder includes a decoding unit of an input CELP codec, a transcoding filter, a transcoding filter design unit, and an encoding unit of an output CELP codec. By substituting a post-filter and a perceptual weighting filter of a prior art with one transcoding filter, the calculation amount of the transcoder is reduced, and speech quality decoded at a receiving end is improved.

The broadcast data display method includes receiving digital broadcast data on a plurality of channels; simultaneously outputting on a single screen real-time broadcast data of a selected channel and still images of the remaining channels; and periodically updating the still images of the remaining channels.
