Accordingly, since the reliability and efficiency of prefetching can be increased, prefetched web pages can be quickly provided to a user.

    • Disclosed herein is a three-dimensional (3-D) shaping apparatus and method using a non-contact type heating tool. The 3-D shaping apparatus includes three feeding units, an indexing table and a non-contact type heating tool. The feeding units move in three different directions perpendicular to each other. The indexing table includes a support frame provided with support arms uprightly extending, a seating member hinged to the support arms, and a fixing chuck rotatably combined with the seating member and adapted to grip one side of a soft material. The seating member is placed to be rotated around one of the three moving directions of the three units, and the fixing chuck is placed to be rotated around a rotating axis perpendicular to a rotating axis of the seating member. The non-contact type heating tool is mounted on one of the feeding units to shape soft material by thermally resolving the soft material without contact with the soft material.

    • The present invention relates to a method for reducing auto-fluorescence signals from a sample tissue in confocal Raman microscopy and to a method for diagnosing skin cancers using the same method. Raman spectroscopy has strong potential for providing non-invasive diagnosis of skin cancer. Auto-fluorescence signals from tissues, which interfere with the Raman signals, were greatly reduced using a confocal slit adjustment. Distinct Raman band differences between normal and BCC tissues for the amide I mode, the amide III mode and the PO2− symmetric stretching mode, showed that the present invention has strong potential for use as a dermatological diagnostic tool without the need for statistical treatment of spectral data. It was also possible to precisely differentiate BCC tissue from surrounding non-cancerous tissue using the confocal Raman depth profiling technique. According to the present invention, confocal Raman microscopy can provide a novel method for dermatological diagnosis since direct observations of spectral differences between normal and BCC tissues are possible.

    • A method of forming a thin insulating layer in an MRAM device makes it possible to effectively prevent the insulating layer from being locally thinned, creating a short circuit or other defect. The method includes forming lower patterns for the MRAM device on a semiconductor substrate. An insulating layer for covering the lower patterns is formed. Portions of the insulating layer which are substantially thicker relative to other portions of the insulating layer are selectively dry etched using a photoresist mask. The insulating layer is planarized a chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) process so that the insulating layer remains at a thickness larger than a target thickness. The surface of the planarized insulating layer is plasma dry etched or wet etched such that the insulating layer is reduced to the target thickness.
