摘要： An event notification method and a portable apparatus with event notification function are provided. The method comprises the following steps: A notification event is detected. Whether the notification event is read after no operation is applied to an electronic device for a first time interval is determined. If not, whether the electronic device changes to a second moving state from a first moving state and maintains the second moving state for a second time interval is determined. If so, a notification signal indicating the occurrence of the notification event is outputted.

摘要： A method of adjusting an event prompt degree and a mobile electronic device and a computer program product using the same are provided. In the present method, whether at least two detection regions of the mobile electronic device simultaneously detect a touch when the mobile electronic device executes a vibration prompt corresponding to an event is determined, wherein the detection regions are independent of each other. A vibration intensity of the vibration prompt is reduced when the detection regions simultaneously detect the touch. Thereby, continuous vibration prompt is prevented from bothering other people.

The control method includes the following steps. An application usage history of a number of applications of the portable electronic device is stored. At least one of a current time and a current location of the portable electronic device is obtained. A most-likely-used application is determined from the applications according to the application usage history and at least one of the current time and the current location. A shortcut icon of the most-likely-used application is displayed on the lock screen of the portable electronic device. The most-likely-used application is opened when the portable electronic device is unlocked from the lock screen via a shortcut icon.

摘要： A method of operating a handheld electronic device and a touch interface apparatus and a storage medium using the same are provided. In this method, an operating interface displayed on a touch screen of the handheld electronic device is used to operate a function module of the handheld electronic device. First, the function module of the handheld electronic device is activated to display a user interface corresponding to the function module on the touch screen. Next, an operating function of the function module is activated, so as to display a corresponding operating interface on the touch screen. In the meantime, the user interface of the function module is reduced simultaneously and displayed on an area of the touch screen excluding the operating interface. Accordingly, a convenient operating interface is provided for the user to operate while the content of original displayed frame remains.

The system includes a global position system (GPS) module, an input unit, a picture database, a geographical information system (GIS) module, an integrating unit, and a display unit. The method includes the following steps. Firstly, a navigation area is determined through the input unit, so as to search out several picture batches in the navigation area from the picture database. Next, a map relating to the navigation area is provided by the GIS module. Then, the picture batches and the map are integrated by the integrating unit to produce an integrated map shown on a first frame of the display unit. Afterwards, several pictures of the picture batch chosen from the first frame displayed on a second frame and satellite navigation information of the picture chosen from the second frame are displayed on a third frame by the display unit.
