    • The present invention provides a layer lamination integrated fuel cell, which comprises: two sheets of one-sided cathode flow field boards, at least one sheet of two-sided cathode flow field board, at least one sheet of two-sided anode flow field board, and, at least one sheet of bipolar fuel cell boards; in which, the two sheets of one-sided cathode flow field boards are configured on the both outmost sides of the fuel cell; these two-sided cathode flow field boards, these two-sided anode flow field boards, and these bipolar fuel cell boards are configured between the fuel cell in separated layers. The side surfaces with the cathode configured on the outmost two sheets of bipolar fuel cell boards for the fuel cell are tightly bonded with two sheets of one-sided cathode flow field boards, respectively; and, the side surfaces with the cathode configured in layers on the other bipolar fuel cell boards for the fuel cell are tightly bonded with each sheet of two-sided cathode flow field board, respectively; and, the side surfaces with the anode for these layered bipolar fuel cells are tightly bonded with each sheet of two-sided anode flow field board, respectively.

    • A method of manufacturing an anticorrosive bipolar fuel cell board is disclosed and comprises the following steps. Step (a) is to provide a first printed circuit substrate with at least a first predetermined region and etch metal on the regions. Step is to provide a second printed circuit substrate with at least a second predetermined region and etch metal on the regions. Step (c) is to respectively cover an anticorrosive conductive material onto the first predetermined regions of the first printed circuit substrate after step (a) such that an anode current collection board is fabricated. Step (d) is to respectively cover an anticorrosive conductive material onto the second predetermined region of the second printed circuit substrate after step (b) such that a cathode current collection board is fabricated. Step (e) is to laminate stacking the anode current collection board, at least a membrane electrode assembly and the cathode current collection board from top to bottom to manufacture a single-piece structure, and thereby an anticorrosive bipolar fuel cell board is fabricated.

    • The present invention discloses a pallet-type membrane electrode assembly layer structure, which comprises an upper frame, at least one membrane electrode assembly, and a lower frame; wherein, the upper frame is provided with at least one first opening; the lower frame is provided with at least one second opening, and the second openings are corresponding to the first openings; and, the membrane electrode assemblies are sandwiched between the corresponding first openings and second openings respectively; in which, the upper frame, the membrane electrode assemblies and the lower frame are sequentially laminated and stacked from top to bottom, and the upper frame, the membrane electrode assemblies and the lower frame are bonded as a single-sheet structure by the supersonic vibration frequency welding means; and, the material for the upper frame and the lower frame is selected with the material suitable for supersonic welding.
