    • A foldable display apparatus includes a bendable display panel which folds with respect to a folding axis. The display panel includes a plurality of display devices and a window layer. Each of the display devices includes a plurality of pixels each including a plurality of color elements having different colors from each other. A plurality of color elements of a same color is linearly arranged in a direct line direction which is non-parallel to the folding axis. The window layer includes a soft material part including a soft material in a folding part of the display panel, and a protective window part other than the soft material part. The protective window part protects the display part of the plurality of display devices.

    • An organic light emitting display including an ultraviolet protecting layer and a method of manufacturing the same include a lower substrate; an ultraviolet hardening adhesive formed on the lower substrate; a driving unit and a light emitting unit deposited on the lower substrate and surrounded by the ultraviolet hardening adhesive; an encapsulation layer covering the driving unit and light emitting unit and preventing moisture and oxygen penetration from an outside; an upper substrate arranged on the encapsulation layer facing the lower substrate and fixed by the ultraviolet hardening adhesive; and an ultraviolet ray blocking film formed in a region to block the driving unit and the light emitting unit from being irradiated by UV rays radiated to harden the ultraviolet hardening adhesive. The ultraviolet ray blocking film is disposed in the encapsulation layer or on the upper substrate to protect the driving unit and light emitting unit from ultraviolet rays.

    • A foldable display includes a first plate, a second plate, a first protecting window, a second protecting window, a soft material layer and an intermediate layer which controls brightness. The first plate includes a thin film transistor and an organic light emitting diode (“OLED”), and displays at least one portion of an image to be displayed. The second plate includes a thin film transistor and an OLED, and displays a second portion different from the first portion of the image. The first protecting window is on the first plate. The second protecting window is on the second plate. The soft material layer is between the first and second protecting windows. The intermediate layer is between the soft material layer and a side surface of the first protecting window, and between the soft material layer and the second protecting window.

    • In a multi-display device, first and second panels, each of which has a display device, are stuck fast to each other to embody a screen. The first panel has an interface surface formed of a hard material, and the second panel has an interface surface formed of a soft material. Thus, the soft material is elastically compressed and transformed by the hard material so that the two panels are closely in contact with each other, and formation of air gaps is prevented at the joint between the panels. As a result, image cutting in a screen due to a luminance difference can be minimized so that an image can be naturally connected between the two panels.
