摘要： A satellite signal tracking system for a GPS receiver, wherein a GPS satellite is recaptured within a very short period of time, after the interruption of reception is cleared as by passing through a tunnel and the like, by widening a band width of the PLL search frequency gradually every after repeating the search for the satellite signal, performing a narrow-band search repeatedly as varying its center frequency along the Doppler shift curve, performing a narrow-band search for a specific period of time which is given by dividing the capture range of the PLL circuit by the Doppler shift rate and a wide-band search with use of an estimated satellite signal receiving frequency which is given by recalculating the Doppler frequency of the GPS satellite at the very moment according to the almanac data of the GPS satellite and is assigned as the center frequency, and, still further, performing the search for GPS satellites repeatedly with the estimated satellite signal receiving frequency in the center for recovering the function to perform the positional reckoning which is the primary function of the GPS receiver.

摘要： A navigation system for a vehicle which does not bewilder a driver of the vehicle with heading indication also when the driving speed of the vehicle is low. The navigation system comprises a GPS receiver, a display unit, a map memory in which a map is stored, a detecting section for detecting a driving position and a driving direction of the vehicle from information received from the GPS receiver, and a controller. The controller receives information of a driving speed of the vehicle from the vehicle and controls, when the driving speed is equal to or higher than a preset speed, the display unit to indicate on a display screen thereof the driving position and driving direction of the vehicle received from the detecting section together with the map received from the map memory, but controls, when the driving speed is lower than the preset speed, the display unit to indicate only the driving position of the vehicle received from the detecting section together with the map received from the map memory.

摘要： A method for recapturing a satellite at the highest elevation angle as quickly as possible with a GPS receiver having a plurality of receiving channels when a state of receiving satellite signals recovers to normal after having been interrupted by obstacles like a tunnel, wherein a search range of satellite signal receiving frequency is divided into a plurality of frequency bands and each of which is assigned to the plurality of receiving channels in a one-to-one relationship, a search frequency of each receiving channel is changed in step wise for searching a satellite signal simultaneously in the receiving channels, and further, by providing a time difference for a step wise change-over timing of the search frequency between receiving channels, a time required for recapturing the satellite is greatly reduced by increasing a change to lock up one of the receiving channels with the satellite signal receiving frequency, since there are as many chances as a number of receiving channels within one cycle of the step wise search frequency change-over for one receiving channel.

摘要： A fuel-cell evaluation equipment includes a gas passageway for supplying gas to a fuel cell and a thermostat adapted to accommodate the fuel cell, wherein the gas passageway includes a first temperature regulator adapted to regulate the temperature of gas and a humidity regulator adapted to regulate the humidity of the gas. A thermostatic chamber of the thermostat regulates an inner temperature in the chamber according to a test condition. The thermostatic chamber is provided with a second temperature regulator into which gas flowing in the gas passageway flows. The gas flowing in the gas passageway is supplied to the fuel cell after heat exchange by the second temperature regulator.
