摘要： The Construction machinery includes at least two actuators, a main pump that generates hydraulic energy for driving the actuators, control valves disposed between the main pump and the actuators, a hydraulic pump motor driven by the generator motor that generates energy to be added to the hydraulic energy, and a controller that reduces hydraulic energy generated by the main pump when the hydraulic pump motor driven by the generator-motor generates energy. The construction machinery further comprises changeover valves that selectively change a location at which the energy from the hydraulic pump motor driven by the generator-motor is to be added according to the actuators. The controller changes a reduction rate of the hydraulic energy generated by the main pump depending on a specific actuator to which the energy is to be added.

摘要： Provided is a hydraulic drive system for a work machine configured with a single solenoid proportional valve for a regeneration circuit, wherein substantially the same actuator speed can be secured irrespective of whether or not hydraulic fluid discharged from a hydraulic actuator is regenerated for driving of another hydraulic actuator. The hydraulic drive system includes: a regeneration line that connects a bottom-side hydraulic chamber of a hydraulic cylinder 4 to a portion between a hydraulic pump device 50 and a second hydraulic actuator 8, and a regeneration flow rate adjustment device that supplies, at an adjusted flow rate, at least part of the discharged hydraulic fluid to a portion between the hydraulic pump device 50 and the second hydraulic actuator; a discharge flow rate adjustment device that discharges, at an adjusted flow rate, the discharged hydraulic fluid to a tank; one electric drive device 22 that simultaneously controls the regeneration flow rate adjustment device and the discharge flow rate adjustment device; and a control unit 27 that outputs a control command to the electric drive device in such a manner that falling speed of a first driven body does not vary significantly, irrespective of the magnitude of the regeneration flow rate caused by the regeneration flow rate adjustment device.

There are provided an electric motor M; a third pump P3 driven by the electric motor; a third pump hydraulic line L3 to which the delivered hydraulic fluid from the third pump is supplied; a third directional control valve V4 provided in the third pump hydraulic line, switch-operated by an arm operation device 19, and controlling the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid supplied to the arm cylinder 8 from the third hydraulic pump; and a controller 18 drive-controlling the electric motor, wherein the controller drives the third pump by the electric motor when a swing/arm combined operation is detected by pilot pressure sensors S6, S7, S10, S11.

摘要： To provide a hydraulic drive system for a work machine capable of securing a favorable operability in the case where hydraulic fluid discharged from a hydraulic actuator is regenerated for driving other hydraulic actuator. The hydraulic drive system for a work machine includes: a regeneration line that connects a bottom-side hydraulic chamber of a hydraulic cylinder to a portion between a hydraulic pump and a second hydraulic actuator; a regeneration flow rate adjustment device that supplies at least part of the hydraulic fluid discharged from the bottom-side hydraulic chamber to a portion between the hydraulic pump and the second hydraulic actuator through the regeneration line; a differential pressure calculating section that reads a pressure in the bottom-side hydraulic chamber of the hydraulic cylinder detected by a first pressure sensor and a pressure between the hydraulic pump and the second hydraulic actuator detected by a second pressure sensor, and calculates a differential pressure, or a differential pressure sensor; and a control unit that controls the regeneration flow rate adjustment device such as to gradually increase the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid flowing through the regeneration line according to an increase in the differential pressure calculated by the differential pressure calculation section or in the differential pressure detected by the differential pressure sensor.

Based on the input operation amount, the controller obtains a target flow rate Q0 of return oil discharged from a boom cylinder, calculates a deviation ΔQ between the target flow rate Q0 and an actual flow rate Q obtained from an actual rotation speed N of an electric motor acquired by a rotation speed sensor, calculates a signal Sm for controlling the opening area of a proportional solenoid valve in a manner allowing hydraulic fluid to flow to a control valve in just as much as ΔQ, and controls an operation pilot pressure of the control valve supplied from a sub-pump in accordance with the signal Sm so that the hydraulic fluid will flow to the control valve exactly in the amount of ΔQ.

摘要： To increase frequency of use of auto idle, an engine is accelerated even more quickly than before and work involving a heavy load can be performed within a short period of time when an operator resumes work and recovers a speed of the engine. When an operation lever device is operated and the speed is low because of auto idle control, a pilot pump is unloaded to thereby reduce load torque on the engine. Operation of a compressor is also suspended while an air conditioner is operating. Furthermore, for a target speed of the engine, a speed at which work can be performed is set and the engine is accelerated. When the engine thereafter reaches a predetermined speed or a predetermined period of time thereafter elapses, the pilot pump is loaded and the operation of the compressor for the air conditioner is resumed.

The hydraulic drive system further comprises a first accumulation flow supply device configured to supply the hydraulic fluid accumulated in the first hydraulic accumulator to the first hydraulic actuator via a second line different from the first line.

摘要： A controller sets a target flow rate of a regenerative hydraulic motor at zero or a low flow rate within an extent in which hydraulic pressure in a regeneration hydraulic line does not become negative pressure when a detected pressure PS detected by a pressure sensor is lower than a first set value previously set by overload relief valves, sets the target flow rate of the regenerative hydraulic motor at a value corresponding to the detected pressure when the detected pressure is higher than or equal to the first set value, and controls the revolution speed of a generator/motor in such a manner that a flow rate through the regenerative hydraulic motor equals the target flow rate. With such features, excellent operability equivalent to that in the conventional technology can be secured.
