摘要： Disclosed in the present application are a quantum dot LED, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device, belonging to the technical field of LED light sources. The quantum dot LED includes an LED support, an LED chip, a filling layer, and a quantum dot layer, where the LED support comprises a chamber; the LED chip is arranged on a bottom surface of the chamber; the filling layer covers the bottom surface of the chamber and the LED chip, and is engaged with walls of the chamber; and the quantum dot layer is arranged at an opening on a top surface of the chamber, a light incident side of the quantum dot layer abuts against a surface of the filling layer away from the bottom surface of the chamber, and a shortest distance h between the LED chip and the quantum dot layer meets h≥0.03 mm.

摘要： The present disclosure describes a liquid crystal display device. The liquid crystal display device includes a substrate and a plurality of light sources disposed on the substrate and configured to generate excitation light. The liquid crystal display device includes a quantum dot film disposed in a light-emitting direction of the plurality of light sources and a plurality of stereoscopic reflecting plates disposed on the substrate. The liquid crystal display device includes an optical layer disposed between the plurality of light sources and the quantum dot film. The plurality of stereoscopic reflecting plates and the plurality of light sources form a plurality of cavities arranged in an array. The plurality of light sources are located on bottoms of the plurality of cavities respectively. The optical layer is disposed between the plurality of cavities and the quantum dot film, and configured to partially transmit and partially reflect the excitation light. The quantum dot film is configured to be excited by the excitation light to generate excited light.

摘要： Liquid crystal display device and quantum dot LED are provided. The fluorescent layer is arranged at the light-emitting side of the LED chip so that the light of first wavelength generated by the LED chip excites the fluorescent layer to generate the light of second wavelength, the light of first wavelength excites the first quantum dot material of the quantum dot layer to generate the light of third wavelength, the light of first wavelength and the light of second wavelength excite the second quantum dot material to generate the light of fourth wavelength, the third wavelength is shorter than the second wavelength, and the light of third wavelength and the light of second wavelength have the same color.
